I had the powder dip and in less than a week it was coming loose. It looked horrible because it was too thick. After much sanding it still looked awful but I did not want to hurt the tech's feelings. A week later I returned for repair an decided to just get gel nail polish instead. The tech was rude this time and after she finished she wiped my hands with alcohol and said I was finished. After using deadly acetone and alcohol I had to ask to wash my hands! No cuticle oil this time. I walked out with no moisturizer. The next day I realized that gel polish is 10.00 more then dipping powder. I called the owner who refused to give back the difference. These nail salons seem to be the same. The don't prep your cuticles but charge ridiculous prices to rush you in and out. It is no wonder it does not last. A manicure used to mean your nails were soaked and cuticle were pushed back before thhey did the treatment. Now they simply use files to ruin your nail bed and charge you a premium to do so. I thought this place would be different but it was no different then anywhere else. I will just do my own nails and keep the forty bucks.

I absolutely love this place and will never trust my nails to anyone else. They are all so friendly and work so hard to make sure the customers are happy. I would recommend this place to anyone. Especially if they want the dip powder. I get so many compliments on my nails.

They are really kind and talanted & gave me a packaged cuticle cutter to bring with me for my trip. I've never been upset with the quality of work I've received. This will be my new nail place.

I wasn't to wait even they were busing. They were balancing creativity with the client's wishes. I liked the personalized care that the techs offered. My nails are much nicer than I imagine.

I initially read about 1st Class Nails & Spa in allure magazine's best of Voorhees Township. AMAZINGGG! I arrived 10 minutes early, the staff smiled and gave me with a bottle of water. The technicians paid very close attention to detail. And the lady working on me did a super thorough job cutting my cuticles! 1st Class Nails & Spa is on the list of healthy salons.
Overall the best experience I have had at a nail salon in a long time. My nails look amazing - will be coming back here again soon! !

This salon is fantastic. It recently came under new management and the new staff is meticulous and super friendly. I highly recommend the dip powder manicure - it really does all that they say- it lasts just as long if not longer than regular gel but no UV light and no nail weakness. My nails last 3.5 weeks and look flawless.

I just returned to 1st Class Nails & Spa in Voorhees Township yesterday to refill my nail. I never think that I would be able find such a good place. As son as we arrived, we were attended immediately. I never thought that they could gave me such a beautiful pedicure. They did with their passionate and did not rush. The salon was immaculate and very clean. I won't go anywhere else now. I would come back here again.

I have been going to 1st Class Nails & Spa since I moved to Voorhees. I tried half a dozen other places that used cheap acrylic that peeled right up. I’m glad that I found this place! I get the pink and white and they always do such a great job. I am a perfectionist so I appreciate the time they take to make sure my nails are perfect. I ALWAYS get complimented by my co-workers and customers. They do great pedicures also! Ask for a design, you won't be disappointed.

This place deserves all five stars! I tried 1st Class Nails & Spa because of all the amazing reviews. I got a gel manicure three weeks ago today and I don't have one chip, which is unheard of or at least for me. By week two I usually see at least one chip and with my manicure from 1st Class Nails & Spa there's none. I got my nails done by a youngish woman. She wasn't very talkative but I was a little sick so it was perfect for me. I don't just get my nails done for looks but also to relax so it was nice sitting back and closing my eyes. Highly recommend!

Used to go here frequently in previous years and always thought they did a good job. Went back a few weeks ago and I'll never be back. The guy who was there working would not stop talking and was saying some really strange things. They didn't do a good job, gel all over my hands and fingers and off the sides of the nail bed. The gel started peeling from the bottom of the nail 1.5 weeks after, but the gel at the top of my nail was SO difficult for the next place to get off. Prices too high for such low quality service and performance.

With a place full of typical Voorhees soccer moms from Sturbridge, I'm a bit surprised that no ones reviewed this. Growing up, this used to be my family's go to salon. Recently, it seems like their salons facing a "mid life crisis" of sorts, with awkward interior changes. The main reason why I write this review is because of my last couple of experiences. I got a pedicure before a vacation and the woman doing my pedicure LITERALLY asked me why I didn't shave my stubbly legs. Mind you, I shaved 3 days ago and wore jeans that day. If I'm leaving for vacation in the days to come following my pedicure... Why would I shave yet? I'm pretty sure id only get ingrowns then. Sorry if that was a little tmi, but I was upset. I usually walk in with a typical "where's your mom haven't seen her in a while" but now it's a little extreme. None the less, I only stop in for a quick eyebrow fix when I'm too lazy to go to the other side of town. They aren't the best with technique, and usually water down their polishes. But still the run of the mill typical suburban salon. Usually a bit dusty too.

I had the powder dip and in less than a week it was coming loose. It looked horrible because it was too thick. After much sanding it still looked awful but I did not want to hurt the tech's feelings. I got a gel manicure three weeks ago today and I don't have one chip, which is unheard of or at least for me.
