if i could put 0 stars i would. the only reason i went here was because my boyfriend was shopping. worst mistake ever!!! i brought my own nail polish and the guy that did my nails kept telling me that it was ugly and not shiny that i should get gel and chrome dip. i didn't really let that get to me but when i go to pay it was $35 for a refill!!! i freaked out they still wound up charging me $25 i wish i just left and didn't pay. I absolutely love getting my nails done here. They are ways so friendly and their job is great. Linda is the best at pedicures. And they are so good with eyebrows aswell. 100% recommended. Loyal customer for over 4yrs!!! Love you guys! Read Less

I have been getting my nails done here for 4 Years, I love it here, but lately I have gotten disappointed i think there service is great no doubt about it. However twice the owners wife has told me they prefer cash, I for one hardly ever have cash. My debit card is what I use all the time. I spoke with the husband letting him know I don't ever have cash because my bank is in another state, due to the military. He said that was okay but for tips they would like cash. no pr...oblem I can ask my husband for a $5.00. But, yesterday his wife tells me again they prefer cash I told her I don't have cash and told her the same story, she said oh you can go in Walmart buy something and get cash back. I was shocked she said that because one I shouldn't have to buy something if I don't need something just to get cash. 2nd I never know how much I'm going to get charged because one day it's 45, another time it's 50, and there has been times its been 65. If all you accept is cash make sure to advertise cash only,not prefer cash and still have the option to charge your debit card. I'm not sure if its for tax purposes to show a loss for a right off. I love this place but it's twice with that embarrassment that the owners wife addressed me with cash, it's embarrassing to have to tell your story, why you don't have cash. I hate to say this but I won't be going back. It's been a great 4 years but I shouldn't have to buy something for cash back and I shouldn't have to explain my situation. I just don't have cash. I love Van,Linda and the whole crew here at Regal! I've been a loyal customer since they opened and frankly there isn't better service anywhere in the area! I have been going to Regal nails for years and all of a sudden 1 day the owner decided that they are no longer accepting credit cards and asked that I purchase something at Wal-Mart and get cash back. This is all happening in the midst of me getting a pedicure and trying to relax. Anyhow, after I was told this I noticed a customer making a purchase on a credit card and I was in shock. I mentioned this to the girl who was doing my pedicure and she questioned the owner in their language and I was told that she accepted the customers credit card because she was a new customer. That explanation was unacceptable and just dumb. I am a customer of many many years and they decided that it would ok to inconvenience me to please a new customer. I wonder if they even explained to that customer that they don't accept credit cards. Either you accept credit cards or you don't. It's that plain and simple. You don't get to choose who you want to accept it from. I would of been fine with the cash only policy if they would of told me ahead of time and allowed me to pay with a credit card that day so that I would be prepared for next time. But instead they lied pretending that they don't accept credit cards and inconveniencing me. They are unprofessional and now they have lost a life long  customer in attempts to save a small amount on processing fee's. That wasn't so smart Regal Nails. I'll never go back. Read Less
