My Review is this: This place used to be efficient. I came after a long time & found they took out their credit card machine and took off their prices off the wall. They do not understand what you ask them to do and have the audacity to laugh and ridicule you. I explained what I wanted done: just wanted a clear coating with French tip and they thought I wanted acrylic nails ( I never said I wanted it I must mention ). They assume you want certain things and they treat people differently based on how you look. I don’t expect to ever go here again, and I have heard that people complain about their prices which always fluctuate. Now I understand why customers complain. They do not care about their customers and value them. Will not go back again! The most unproductive, unprofessional team I have ever seen that make fun of you in their language which I don’t understand. Extremely disrespectful group of individuals who work here. Very nice place. Very Clean. But on my first and last visit, I got a refill and it was horrible. I had to go to another nail salon to redo everything. I also asked for a simple marble design and the tech "couldn't do it".Read Less

Nails are nice, but I got a pedicure there yesterday, and she rushed, didn't do anything to my feet but put polish on. I know my toes are short already but they could have done more. But my nails look good! Read Less

Ugh I hate doing this but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had. I was a walk in for a pedicure, the owner greeted me and said they would be with me as soon as they could. Totally understandable since it was right after a holiday. They set up my pedicure station and call me over. I'm far from picky but I know the difference between a good and bad pedicure. The water was luke warm and to make matters worse, I waited about another 10-15 minutes with my feet soaking...I was cold lol. A lady came rushing in the door, with her daughter and they both put their coats away and the lady came hurrying over to my station...sooo you're rushing in for me?! Sweet! I will not go into detail about my pedicure but lets just put it this way...I spent an hour in the chair for the actual "spa" part of the pedicure, flinched with a few "ouches" a handful of times, legs were dry as a bucket of sand when she used the exfoliating scrub...owowowowow...then had someone else polish my hideous, ROUNDED, jelly bean looking toe nails. Not to mention I paid full price. Look, if you're new, COOL, and if I'm your guinea pig, COOL...just let me know and at least offer a discount. I'm far from cheap but that's actual customer service. I would take a picture of my toes but I'd rather keep my socks ON. I even called to explain, not for money back or free/discounted services (because I do NOT want them) but to inform them of my experience so they can work with the new girl. And all they kept asking was when I wanted to come back for it to be fixed...um never. I will not be back. But my 2017 still rocks! The place is just not for me. Read Less

Made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for a Friday afternoon a few weeks ago.I made sure to make an appointment because Fridays are usually busy at nail salons. I arrived there a few minutes early. The salon is very large, and it was rather busy, even though there were about ten technicians working in the salon on that day.No one greeted me, and there was no receptionist at the front counter, so I took a seat in their  waiting area.  I waited for about a half hour while a person that looked like either the manager or owner, walked back and forth several times without greeting me or other people walking in. She made eye contact, but made no effort to greet people.  Finally, after trying to make eye contact with several technicians in the hope of being noticed, I got up and walked over to the nearest technician, to let her know that I had an appointment, and had been waiting for a half hour.  That technician walked over to the person that I had assumed was the manager or owner to tell her that I had and appointment and had been waiting for half and hour.  The manager looked at me and said nothing and continued what she was doing. That same technician, that i had initially approached, signaled for me to come back to the pedicure section, and told another technician in the pedicure section to work on me next. While I was seated the chair waiting for my designated technician, that same manager/owner that had ignored me and other customers, got up from what she was doing, gave me a mean look and then knocked a small trash can over, that was near my feet. In retaliation for what, I have no idea. The technician that did finally work on my nails, Tina, was very friendly and nice and did a good job.  Also the large group of employees seemed friendly to the regulars.  I guess Happy Nails is not interested in obtaining new customers. They don't have to worry. I have decided not to make purchases in places where employees, owners or managers are rude. Even though I live around the corner, I won't be returning. i went in there and they told me 10 minute wait til I get my nails did. half hour later and I still wasnt taken care of.. Once they got to me I guess my nails came out nice but I coulda went anywhere for the same thing. Read Less
