This really makes me upset because I used to go to this shop for many years....once again ....im on a mission. I call asking prices and she hung up. Im like r u serious....now im pissed and i drive t the salon...how dare u hang up on me ...another empty salon. I said I came here for yrs with u snd your husband thats why i wanted u to see my face...a nosey ass customer repeated what she said about the design i said its her hangin up...thats what pissed me off. Real Disappointed. I really do not want to write a bad review because the workers are great but the product just is not.I had originally given 5 stars. Jimmy was very friendly and is very educated on nail shapes and trends. As a walk in i was taken for a fill and gel polish within 10 minutes. They did not have a lot of gel polish (maybe 30?) but I was able to find one I liked.I brought pictures to show exactly what shape i wanted ( coffin) as my last salon just could not get it right. Jimmy was spot on--he even joked how its ridiculous other salons charge people extra if they want coffin or stiletto...I though FINALLY someone upfront about prices--no charges for cut down, shaping etc.I left LOVING my nails....Unfortunately within 3 days 7 nails were peeling...I don't know if this is old gel polish or just the base coat but still 7/10 nails were messed up. So i went back to have them fixed and was taken right away. The issue was they did not remove the gel polish and re-polish instead he buffed and polished the areas that had peeled. The resulted in a bumpy finish and a very visible line were the existing gel was and the touch up had been. As if that isn't frustrating enough, 3 more chipped that night. I ended up going back the following day (5 days after my filling) and asked just to have all of the gel taken off and clear coat put on. I was told i was hard on my nails...I work a desk job Regardless I LOVED them the day they were done but within a week i had to go back twice and ended up with no polish on my fills.Coming from a salon where my fills last a month (of course they grown out but gel polish still intact) this was a bad experience.A shame because the workers are very friendly. Excellent Nail Salon!! I have been going to Jimmy and Rose since they were in East Windsor and then moved to this location. My nails look perfect and I receive so many compliments. The service is very good and I would advise to always make an appointment in advance to avoid waiting. I would not go anywhere else!! Read Less

Granted this was my 2nd nail salon that I've tried but the first one set the bar...this salon while friendly and quiet did not use liners in the foot tub or nail tools from freshly sanitized packages. Given that this is what I've been taught to look for in a hygienic concious establishment, I can't give them any credit for hygiene. The quality of the service itself was lacking in that my nails lasted barely a few days while at the nail salon I was first introduced to my nails lasted over a week. This was my own nail polish but the fact that they applied a top coat made all the difference I guess....here they didn't do that. I was hoping to find a place closer to where I live being the first salon I had the great experience with is over an hour away! I guess I'm still looking. Read Less

Love this nail salon.  I've gone to them since opening (about 13+years).  Rose and Jimmy are very welcoming and they always fit you in regardless if booked.  Not super fancy, but service and nail work is impeccable.  I always get many compliments on my pink/white manicure. Read Less
