I just moved in down the street from here and decided to check them out. Called ahead to set an appointment for a Saturday (which was recommended from all the drop ins). When I arrived, I was immediately put in a seat and they went to work putting on a full set of gel acrylics. The small chat was just right, enough to keep it from being awkward but not to the point of being too much (I'm a little bit of an introvert and prefer to observe). The gentleman who put the nails on was very quick and precise. The teenage girl helping them today was really sweet and brought me water after helping me pick out my colors. After the nails were finished being put on, Chau came over to apply the gel and then paint my nails. Every time she finished a nail, she always made sure that you liked how it looked. She has been doing nails for 15 years and you can tell with how quickly and cleanly she works. I will definitely be going back. Read Less

This salon is wonderful, do yourself a favor and skip the others and go directly to Nail Dimensions. First of all, the atmosphere is quite elegant, which is a world away from other salons in the area. You will find no personal items laying around, or any food at the stations. The staff pays individual attention to all of its customers, instead of talking with their team members, what an amazing concept (insert sarcasm). Now on to the workmanship, amazing! I had a horrible experience with my pink and whites at another salon a week prior. One of my nails broke the day after my balance, when I went back to have them repair it I was treated poorly. The tip they put on was completely crazy looking, so I received that on top of the bad attitude. Right after I left that salon another nail broke! I was not giving them another chance to mess up. I just moved to the area from out of state, and I was scrolling through reviews of nail salons and came across this one. The main reason was it's only a couple minutes from my home, but I'm sure glad I chose this one! I went on a Thursday afternoon to get a pedi. Upon walking in I was kindly greeted by the staff and asked to pick my color. There were 3 customers in front of me getting pedicures and I thought ""Oh great, I'll be here for awhile..."" Nope! That wasn't the case here! The lady who seemed to be running the place (I think her name is Chau) started the water up for me and asked me if I wanted to soak while I waited. I maybe waited 5 minutes at the most before the woman came over to my chair and began her work. She did an amazing job! My toenails aren't in the greatest shape... but that didn't stop her! She did such a thorough job. I was so impressed by how much time she spent with me. I will definitely be returning! They were so kind to everybody that walked in the door. This is my first time trying Nail Dimensions and I had a really good experience! The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. There was no clutter and soft music playing in the background. The ambience was nice. My nail tech was Chau and she was great! She was very attentive and we had nice conversation. She asked how I like the thickness of my nails which I thought was great because I am picky on the width and thickness of my nails. I went with a gel color and was very satisfied. When I began going here I was impressed. There wasn't any overwhelming smells of acrylic or nail polishes. I would get acrylic nails and mind you there is nothing I hate more than bulky, gloppy, and misshaped nails. The prices were a bit steep but the quality seemed overall good. I used to always get my nails done by Sara. Eventually, she stopped coming and I still have no idea what happened to her. When she stopped doing my nails the quality plummeted. The outcome of the acrylic manicure would embody everything I hate. On top of it each time I got my nails done over the course of the months I went there, the prices would change each time. They don't hang up their prices for a reason. Personally, I get how it might seem like a good place at first. The dim lighting (hides the mediocre job) and soothing atmosphere are definitely contributing factors as to why people think this is a good place. One pro of this place is they seem to use pretty good products but that doesn't really matter when the person using them is below average at their job. Pass on this place. Read Less

I have been coming here every 2 or 3 weeks for years for fabulous gel manicures with Chau. My nails are healthy, strong and long. The ambience is calm and peaceful...I'm getting a hot stone pedicure as I type, and - as always -the experience can only be described as heavenly. If you want a relaxing pedicure and/or gel manicure that will last for weeks and not damage your nails, this is the best place to go. Read Less

I have been to a few different salons over the years and Hemera has been one of the best! Tra and her staff are always very welcoming and accommodating. It's a really pretty place, I enjoy going there, but I suggest not to have Dung do your nails or eye brow waxing. She is very nice, but whenever I have gotten a pedicure, manicure or an eye brow waxing she doesn't do a good job. My nails are always slightly messed up and she doesn't cool down the waxing before she puts it on your face. Read Less

Left feeling like we have dirty feet. Dumped a cup of dirty water that the pumice and scrub brush were sitting in into the foot bath. No foot massage no callus removal, and pedicure was rushed, took them less than 10 minutes polish and all! Never going back and very expensive! Read Less

Terrible!! They charge you 30$ to change your polish, and don't even cut your cuticles!!! On top of it all, the woman cut me, and still charged me. Yes it's relaxing, but my nails have never looked worse, as well as chipped so easily!!! Read Less

Love this salon! Clean, friendly, they give you drinks, neck warmers when you have a pedicure, and it's top notch. I have been to many of the nail salons in the area, but this one is my favorite! I'm a regular customer, they are not expensive, and the atmosphere is fantatic! Read Less
