They applied such a thin coat of acrylic. The nails were popping off one by one in less than 2 weeks

First time here. The guy in the front is pretty nice. The area is okay but when you walk in your expecting a crappy place but it wasnt. It was pretty chic, surprisingly clean. They were fully staffed and on a saturday it was a five minute wait. UV lights only to dry nails. Nice selections and they offer your own personal pedicure kit for $5, they keep in stock for you when you come back. So you wont have to use the same tools as the last person. Taylor Swifts Red album played and even though i dont like her album it was pretty relaxing. This place is in a shopping center next to Chase Bank and theres PLENTY of parking. Prices are average. I would come back for the ambiance and the peace and quiet. Read Less

Large salon near Food Bazaar. Reasonably quick manicure for the right price. Basic manicure was $10. Yelp tells me 3 stars means "A-Ok" and that's exactly what I would say about this joint. The color selection was pretty good for this type of strip mall nail salon.   I am not sure that the salon was totally open just now (it's a Monday), because there were only the owner and two manicurists and there were only two other customers who came in while I was there, but they must have a regular clientele because they sell personal boxes of manicure tools and I could see a reasonably large collection of client boxes. Two downsides: 1) they use UV lamps (rather than fans) to dry nails and 2) I watched my manicurist clean tools with an alcohol swab and put them away (rather than sending them to live in Barbicide or one of those little toaster ovens for sterilizing). That said, I will be back. Read Less
