I went to this nail salon for the first time because of the great reviews. I called the day before to make an appointment and was there on time. After waiting for 45 minutes I was finally able to get my nails done. I asked her to file and shape them and was given the reply "I've been doing this for 26 years, longer than you've been alive" Since she said she has been doing this for a long time I decided to ignore her rude comment and let her do her job. After the polish was on and my nails had "dried" she tested the polish and told me I was good to go... When I got back to my car I looked at my nails and saw this... The polish never dried, even hours later I am still able to move the polish with my fingers. I asked for a gel polish and have been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for the past 10 years... never have I had a result like this one. Very disappointed and this "work" was NOT worth my money.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and I have to say it was a welcoming experience. I made an appointment and was taken immediately once I entered the shop. The young lady who did my nails was nice and took her time unlike other nail shops. I’m believer in good customer service because unfortunately a lot of places don’t have it anymore. This shop meet and exceeded my expectations so I will be returning. Thanks ladies.

She did an amazing job on my nails ! Never have I found such a talented beautician/nail tech as good as she is in 15 years! She is very detail oriented and puts her best in each individual customer.

Yesss they are the best ....ask for Miss Bonnie and Deidre....the don't just do nails the care for them hands and feet ...and get that wine while you at it....

I tried on 3 different occasions to patron this business. Every time it appeared to be only 1 or 2 people in there doing nails and people waiting. I don't mind waiting at a spot that I've been to before, and I know their work to be good. But I'm not for it at a spot that's new to me.

Glad I found this gem! I was looking for Black owned businesses to support and came across this one. I travel about 30 minutes to get my nails done by Ms. Bonnie and it's well worth the trip. Professional and talented. Brought my teen there to get her nails done for the first time and she loved her as well. We get many compliments. My sister and her friend are going to take the ride to get their nails done this weekend.

Ms Bonnie's shop is an enjoyable salon, I've been twice and both times went well. I go a full set acrylic by Beth and my fill by Ms. Bonnie and she shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them. The price is right, and she can do numerous designs and the latest trends in "chrome nails" and more. I usually still to plain polishes because of my job.She accepts walk-ins and has late hours (on wknds, I believe) as long as you call ahead and parking isnt't too bad at all downtown if you go later in the day.

I went to this nail salon for the first time because of the great reviews. I called the day before to make an appointment and was there on time. After waiting for 45 minutes I was finally able to get my nails done. I tried on 3 different occasions to patron this business. Every time it appeared to be only 1 or 2 people in there doing nails and people waiting. I don't mind waiting at a spot that I've been to before, and I know their work to be good. But I'm not for it at a spot that's new to me.
