I made an appointment at 11 am, they only took me at 11:30 but this is a minor issue compared to the horrible manicure and pedicure I got. I asked over the phone if they do hard gel building, they said "yes yes". I got there and they charged me 10 extra dollars to remove the gel on my toenails !! And had NO IDEA whatsoever of what is hard gel, they thought it was soak off gel, so all they did was trimming my hard gel builds and cover it with soak off gel (only on hands, they cannot do gel on feet!!!!). Their gel quality is horrid and had bubbles on my nails, it cracked and went partially off after two days. Shame as the girls are nice. Read Less

Not worth your time and money. The lady who did my pedicure was nice however the pedicure was rushed and poorly done (there was no line except of the line of employees waiting for customers!). 20$ for a nail polish change basically. No massage. Scrub that was used is too rough. No cleaning of nails. Just NO to this place. Will never return and will not recommend. Read Less

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. I was getting my nails done and there was an elderly woman next to me. When she got up to pay and told them how much tip she was leaving (5 on a 20 bill) the manager laughed in her face and ridiculed the amount. I got up right then and said that I refuse to give them my business. Is that how you treat your customers?! Absolutely disgusted ! Read Less
