I have been going to this location for a long time . When it was opened by previous owner Ryan. ( very kind, patient , listened to me and appreciatted my patronage ) New owner/manager- Tom is always very argumentative with me when I come in . I don’t get a hello ever. When he sees me I’m usually greeting with What you want ! I expect to have a relaxing Spa experience but it is never that way because I am talked to like a child each time I request a service . I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing or a language barrier or possibly both..... but speaking to your paying customers in a condescending manner is not acceptable to me. Have been here several times over the past few years. Always received stellar service and wonderful manis/pedis. Had a horrible experience with a nasty, argumentative, offensive, and aggressive nail technician recently. Spoke with the manager. Never once apologized for the tech’s highly inappropriate behavior. Told me to “ just listen” to him when I dared to speak up on my behalf regarding the piss poor quality of the product. Nope, I will not “just listen” because I am just not interested in hearing this guy defend bad employee behavior on top of poor workmanship. He offered to fix my mani for free, but he didn’t see anything lacking in the quality of the mani I received in the first place. He also wasn’t concerned about his employee’s behavior. He acted like I was the problem. Since I am not on his payroll, maybe he should tell his wayward employee to “just listen.” I am just taking my money elsewhere. Read Less

The spa pedicure is amazing. You get an aromatherapy calf and foot massage with lemongrass scrub, lavender jelly, and a mint hydrating mask. After this you get a hot stone massage that is so relaxing. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful with crystal chandeliers and a modern sitting area. Staff are friendly and above all, highly skilled. Super nice looking and clean inside. I was very happy with my nails and plan and plan on going back tomorrow for a refill. This is the first time I've gotten my nails done and they weren't lifting by the time I needed a refill. Very friendly staff. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because she did nick me a little but I think that happens to everyone once in a while. I'd recommend them to anyone! Read Less
