First time customer as a walk in for a pedicure.I will start with the positives:reasonable price $25 nice space cleangreat selection of colors nail polish bottles were color organizedtub liners for pedi baths! super plussealed packages for pedi toolsreception area very nice and friendlyCons: maybe the women giving my pedicure was in training. The polish job was really done well but for $25 dollars they should definitely do more buffing on the skin of your feet. She used one of those purple pumice blocks and went across my foot twice not on the heel or sides of my feet or big toe. She trimmed my toenails as I asked for them to be cut short but quickly buffed not even filed. The water was barely warm the entire time. A nice touch was a hot stone but she only did it one one leg and foot because she already massaged the other leg and foot. Massage was relaxing. I'm not sure if I would go back maybe in a pinch for a need for a inbetween pedicure. After reviewing a price list i see they offer for an additional $10 callous remover gel. When I got home i finished my own pedicure by re soaking and using a pumice stone . They also after trimming cuticles didn't remove all the cuticles or used the little tool to clean and remove anything from under the toe nails. Thumbs down. Read Less

Horrible service!! I went in for Manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was ok but manicure was terrible. My manicure was done in less than 3 mins. The lady who did it, was in such a rush. Moreover, their behaviour was very bad. I went there after reading the good reviews, but got so disappointed. Worst service ever!! Read Less

Came here today for the first time and I loved it! I will definitely come back here. Everything felt really clean, everyone was really friendly, and my pedicurist really took her time with the leg/foot massage! I loved it! Would highly recommend this salon to anyone! Read Less

Went in for a pedicure.  Place is cute as shown in pictures. Clean.  Had Kevin for the pedicure.  I badly needed callous removal.  Kevin scrubbed so so hard and I honestly feel he tried really hard to get them smooth, but I think he didn't use the finer tool at the end.  They are definitely better than they were, but they are catching on my sheets and feel rough still.  $10 extra for callous removal which seems to be standard at most places.  $35 total. Pedicure lasted a few weeks before chipping.  I've had other pedicures last around 6 weeks before chipping. They don't have tub liners. Was hoping they did. Read Less

Today was my first experience at Lusso Nails - it was AMAZING!!! Chris was my nail technician & she took the BEST care of me!!! I had an appointment for 12p (which I sat right down when I walked through the door) for a gel manicure & can I say from when I sat down I was treated the best!!! The staff was nice & greeted me as I walked in the door as well!! This will NOT be my last visit & I will send my coworkers there!! Chris is NOW going to be my girl to go to !!!
