Today may 14,2018 I walked in at 9am when they didn't open until 930am...I wanted a gel fill but with no appointment. They accommodated me right away not to mention they did the same for another woman...
Today may 14,2018 I walked in at 9am when they didn't open until 930am...I wanted a gel fill but with no appointment. They accommodated me right away not to mention they did the same for another woman. They did beautiful job and very nice. I will definitely be coming back.

Sorry to say it was like throwing money out the window. Made appointment with cyndi and Kathy. Well, Huge mistake! 1st they leave me sitting with my feet soaking for about a hr. Without being touched. As they worked on walk ins.. that wasn't bad enough. Kathy did pedicure aweful job . Like achild played painting on my toes. Next step full set of nails. REAL HUGE MISTAKE! Never,Ever in my life did it take over 3 hrs to get what they want to call nails done. I couldnt believe my eyes every single nail was different size & shape. Horrible worst ever in my life. & Ive been doing my nails for decades,not just yrs.I wanted a french to make it easy i thought she couldnt understand the way i really wanted my nails done. To make it easy i figured who can mess up a french.I never ended up with a french . She had to paint them a very dark color close to black to hide her mistakes the dark color could NOT hide all the lumps & bumps &mistakes that were made. Not to mention cuts on all my fingers.I just said stop i cant sit here anymore theyre not right. Nothings shaped right look at all the lumpsand bumps every nail is different (Huge) I said look ill come back when Simon her husband is here.Ive never had a problem with his work. She kept saying ill give you big discount . At this point she knew i was so very unhappy. & tired of sitting in her chair over 3 hrs. All for nothing but a DISASTER! NEVER IN MY LIFE! have I ever experienced such unprofessional work! It honestly looked like someone that never did nails before praticed on me. When she saw i was getting very annoyed again she offered DISCOUNT, I just wanted my nails that i paid for done & if not exactly what i wanted at least a decent job . NOPE it never happen . I said ill come back again when Simons here. Not to mention i brought a friend with me who got her nails done also from kathy and another disaster. I said just wax my lip eyebrows i been here all day and I'll come back. She was friendly not saying anyone was nasty at this point she knew my nails were a disaster . Ok so i thought the waxing came out so so ..even though it did not. Not to mention the next day herpes simplex all over my face i suppose from dirty sticks and wax. (Herpes Bacteria) I kid you not! Ok so i dont just go around throwing money out the window so i wanted them fixed! Done over. I called spoke to Simon & went in only to have another 3 hrs. Sitting in a chair while another person practiced on my nailsAGAIN! I honestly now wasnt just pissed off. I was really suprised at the Owner himself (SIMON)who usually does my nails never once lifted his head to see how they were coming or offered to fix them himself. He as the owner should have taken the time to fix them since not one person there knows how to do nails. I was suprised at Simon very Suprised! thats NOT how you run a business not a good businessman at all. They sure knew how to take my money the 1st day without them being done right. So 2 days at that place and i wish i could post the photos of from what my nails looked like day 1 when i walked in. Then a full set, then after their so called fixing them. They sure knew how to collect the money for a DISASTER.Simon if you read this im so very unhappy with how this was handled you as owner should have fixed your wifes huge mistakes.For nails i had 3 people do them besides you. Your wife who created this Disaster then Kathy who added more to.my second day myer who tried because it was thrown on her. In my opinion this place is the worst place ive ever been to. Simon used to do decent fills, pedicures. But if you ask me people youre wasting your time and money & save your hands from being cut all over. came home and soaked every nail off also the place needs to be sanitized desperately BAD BUSINESS! Shame on YOU! Dark color was the first day. This pink is today their so called fixed. peach & Gold are mine done from other salon. You decide what looks good picture is copyright. No stars 👎

Great place. I never need an appointment when I go but you can make one if you prefer, especially if you want a specific person. Lisa has been doing my nails for awhile now and more recently her daughter Ivy has done my nails and I highly recommend both of them. I just went on Friday and Ivy did my gel fill and a spa pedicure which was amazing. It's a little more money than their regular pedicure but I think it's totally worth it.

I walked in May, 2017, for a pedicure. It was great, they were all so very kind. My massage was great and will be returning!!!! It's now the end of June and my toenails just started to chip, WOW!!

Went to Nails Envy today since my regular salon is closed on sundays. They started by filing off my gel with the electric drill that is used for acrylic nails which should've been my first cause for alarm. The woman doing my nails used two coats of base, three coats of gel, and then a topcoat, all in generous amounts leaving some of my nails looking bulbous and lumpy. She filed my nails with a hand file after painting them, which leaves the end of the nail exposed and susceptible to chipping. Will not be returning to this salon.

Had my gel manicure done there because my regular nail salon was closed. Â Horrible, my nails chipped after 3 days. Â My regular salon lasts almost 4 weeks. Â What a disappointment! Â I wont be back!

I went in here because its close to home and had 5 stars with only 4 reviews. I didnt like how they did my pedicure at all. I had to remind the lady to file my nails and when I did she took off my own flip flops and put on some fake ones so that she could file and not very well, which then messed up my nail polish when I tried to take them off. I didnt like the experience at all. Will not return

I needed a mani-pedi and was able to book an appointment for 30 minutes after I called. Â There weren't many Essie polishes but they had a decent selection of OPI; the other brands I didn't recognize. Â I was in and out in 40 minutes and think that my manicurist did a decent job. Â It was $33 all together. Â I workout and do dishes etc. and they chipped within a couple of days. Â They seem to be very popular and there was many women waiting by the time I left.Overall, quick, cheap and a pretty good job.

Because of its great location and good service, this place ALWAYS has a wait if you don't have an appointment, even though they have tons of staff. That's the negative. The positive is, they do a great job, are competitively priced, and seem pretty clean--plus with my pedicure I had the best foot massage I've ever had.

Didn't disappoint, you can get a mani + pedi for $33! Or you can upgrade to gel mani + pedi for $51. Today I just got a regular pedi which was $25. Loved the detail, precision, and the paint was applied neatly. They make sure that they do a very good job when it comes to shaping your nails, removing calluses, etc. couldn't have been happier with this experience.

Wonderful staff and they truly are talented. I get my nails done by Thi and she does a great job. Prices are affordable and they have numerous colors to choose from. They also provide services of waxing and I was trying to get them to do eyelash extensions so maybe that will be the next service that they can provide. I've been going here for years and I will continue to do so.

Sorry to say it was like throwing money out the window. Made appointment with cyndi and Kathy. Well, Huge mistake! 1st they leave me sitting with my feet soaking for about a hr. Without being touched. As they worked on walk ins.. that wasn't bad enough. Kathy did pedicure aweful job . Like achild played painting on my toes. Next step full set of nails. REAL HUGE MISTAKE! Great place. I never need an appointment when I go but you can make one if you prefer, especially if you want a specific person. Went to Nails Envy today since my regular salon is closed on sundays. They started by filing off my gel with the electric drill that is used for acrylic nails which should've been my first cause for alarm. The woman doing my nails used two coats of base, three coats of gel, and then a topcoat, all in generous amounts leaving some of my nails looking bulbous and lumpy. Because of its great location and good service, this place ALWAYS has a wait if you don't have an appointment, even though they have tons of staff. That's the negative. The positive is, they do a great job, are competitively priced, and seem pretty clean--plus with my pedicure I had the best foot massage I've ever had.

Loved the detail, precision, and the paint was applied neatly. Wonderful staff and they truly are talented. I get my nails done by Thi and she does a great job. Prices are affordable and they have numerous colors to choose from. They also provide services of waxing and I was trying to get them to do eyelash extensions so maybe that will be the next service that they can provide. I've been going here for years and I will continue to do so.
