Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life! The worst salon in NJ in my opinion! They would not listen what I wanted to achieve. When question them they were rude, blamed the customer, wanted to double charge to correct their mistake and the customer service was absolutely unprofessional! I’m still in shock what I heard from the owner and that this place can operate like that in Sparta! If I had to rate them on Stars 1 to 5 I would give them a -5! I have nothing but great things to say about this salon!! From the greeting you receive when you walk in the doors, to the consultation with your stylist, the shampoo (best part), finishing of your service, to finally the check out..everything goes as smoothly as possible. You are made to feel like a family member. The entire staff is so nice and accommodating. Even if you weren't a client of theirs, the staff always says hello and goodbye to you throughout your visit. It is a very calm, enjoyable atmosphere. Never too loud or out of hand like many other salons I've been at. One thing I really like that separates them from others is their private color room. You aren't sitting out in the open with color on your head or foils in your hair, it is a private area with magazines behind a wall makes it comfy and not as embarrassing to have color all over your head lol! I was very pleased with my experience here. The girl that worked on my hair was very friendly and she listened to every single one of my requests and actually did what I wanted. Way too pricey! And not very clean or nicely set up. At mancuso, which is right across from this salon, there are better prices and friendlier staff. I watched stylists take a blowdryer and blow the last customers hair away into a corner instead of sweeping it up and disposing of it. They did not do a very good job of my boyfriend's mom's blowout and it wasn't the style she usually wears it. And they pressure you to buy stuff! It was customer apprieciation day yesterday, and they just left the food for us sitting around. Not happy. Read Less
