I really, really want to like this place. The women there are so friendly and funny. And, I LOVE how they do my brows. At first I was happy because they don't cut, or file, my nails down really short (the other place I went to, I CONSTANTLY asked them to keep my nails on the longer side and they never did) but after giving The Nail House 3 tries, I'm done. The gel manicures don't last even 2 weeks (prior place, my nails didn't chip at all up to 3 weeks), it doesn't appear they are very clean and it takes FOREVER to have gels done. As a Realtor in town, I never know when I'm going to have a last minute appointment that I have to look nice for. It used to stress me out to make sure my nails were perfectly manicured at all times until I started going here and treating myself to their gel manicures. They're only $25 and last a little longer than two weeks without chipping. I love getting their gels because I only have to go every other week so it's really minimal maintenance to look good! FYI - At first I was bummed by the lack of color selection but learned from them that they use CND brand shellac which offers less color options however I appreciate that they explained to me that the OPI gel brand isn't as good for the nails. CND brand comes off quickly and easily and apparently OPI gel really has to get scraped off the nail which is not something I'd want. I'm happy to have a place I can trust with my nails. Surprised to see bad reviews.  I love this place.  Whenever I'm out visiting my parents I make a point to see Choi.  Love, love, love her.    She takes her time, does a perfect job, and if you do a pedicure she uses hot stones.  Amazingly relaxing.   My mother and sister are now devoted to her too. I have been going to the Nail House for the last 6 years and never had a problem. Great service and never had I felt rushed.  I have learned to call ahead to make an appt as they only have 2 or 3 ladies working at a time.  If you're lucky they may be able to take you in when you just walk in but for the most part an appt is needed.  I get my eyebrows and mani / pedicures here, as well as leg waxing.  The regular pedicure comes with a massage, scrub, hot towel and hot stones too!.   Choi is the only one there that will paint your nails and then puts your sandals on but I really don't care as she doesnt mess up the paint job when putting your sandals back on.  I actually prefer her to do my pedicure as she really takes her time making sure your feet end up as soft as a baby's bum :) Read Less

first, let me say, there was an odd odor when I got there.  the woman there (only 1 of 2 in nail area) wasn't the most accommodating or friendly.  Then, I had another lady who actually did my nails, she wasn't much better.  Actually snapped at me when I chose a different color.  WORST PART, my manicure didn't even last a DAY!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN.  the place was also very dirty.  A LOT of dust on their fake trees and flowers in the corner.  I'm amazed this place is still open.  icky! Read Less

WORST PLACE EVER! i would never recomend this shitty place to anyone. i didn't have an appointmet, but there was only one other customer in there. I wanted a pedicure and ended up with a ten minute quickiie that was awful. I had my own sandals too and the lady who did the pedicure decided to paint my toes before she put on the sandals too.
