This used to be a great nail salon to go to. Such nice people, quick efficient service even if there was a wait they were nice about it, but today with Tina specifically, she had two customers one of him was my friend the other one getting a pedicure I just wanted to get my eyebrows done real quick and that she was working with my friend she told me she would not be able to do my eyebrows because she was going to be taking too long well then the two clients my friend and the ...woman getting her pedicure told her that it was okay they would wait it only takes a couple minutes for eyebrows she still insisted on know that she was not going to do it needless to say they have lost me as a customer and my friend who is there right now I can understand if you're working alone but when you tell somebody know you're not going to do their eyebrows because you have two other clients and they told you that it was fine they would wait that's just ridiculous I wish the old owners would come back! Poor customer service. I waited 40 minutes in the chair, half soaking my feet and half without for a regular pedicure. When it came to be my time, someone came in with an appointment and it was going to be an extra 20 min. I had work so I got up and left. The Worst Fill I have ever had. Within days my nails are peeling and cracking, and there gel nails. Its been 5 days and I need a new fill, since my nails are so ugly and chipping. They even kill a cock roach while I was getting my pedi cure. Disgusting, don't go there. Read Less
