Honestly they really do have great service. The workers are very nice and willing to converse if you are. They do great work. I do admit, if they are given a short notice of time they scramble to get the job done but it still turns out pretty descent. I have gotten a pedicure, eyebrow waxing, manicure and acrylic sets. I always return and have had no issues within the 6 months coming here. The people with bad reviews here probably were bad customers demanding/expecting too much.

This place is terrible as well as overpriced. the staff & especially the owner are incredibly rude. Save yourself the hassle & money, don't ever go here.

The manicure was horrible and the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The lady stopped right in the middle of putting on nail polish to play a video game on her phone. She trimmed my nails...
The manicure was horrible and the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The lady stopped right in the middle of putting on nail polish to play a video game on her phone. She trimmed my nails extremely short and then after painting them, the sides of some of my nails are missing polish. The salon was dirty and smelled disgusting. The color choices were very limited. Then to make it even worse, when I called and made an appointment for the Gel manicure, I told them it was with a Living Social coupon. After getting my nails done, and with a horrible experience, the lady said she couldn't take the coupon and made me pay full price. What a terrible scam they are running and I caution anyone from ever going there. Don't waste your time and especially money!

The staff here are wonderful, I've received services from three of the staff members. They are super polite, helpful, and have a TON of color and design options. I chipped the gel polish on one of my fingers and went to have it fixed. The gal didn't charge me for the twenty minutes it took her to re-do the whole nail. How sweet!

This is my go to nail salon. I only get my nails done by Moon. She's the best. I get IBD pink gel with regular gel over it and they last 3 weeks without chipping. Always make an appointment.

Horrible. I went there looking for a gel manicure on my natural nail. I left disappointed after I asked for the quality to be fixed. A few of my nails looked like a child painted them. After 2 days the gel stated to lift. Since then ALL my natural nails have broken off!! They are so short from where they broke my nails hurt! My nails are ruined now. The owner that did my nails made me feel I was an inconvenience to him! Extremely over prices as well. Horrible horrible horrible!

NEVER COME HERE! The owner treats everyone like they are beneath him! The girl Kim who does nails, constantly talks about every customer in her language and it's very obvious that when she does, that it is nothing nice. I have been going for a while and every time I go, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by doing your nails. I cannot believe this place can be open with the way they treat their customers! I went to get a pedicure recently and the lady Kim shouted "I'm too busy for you, I have no time to do your nails. Every person there stared at her in disbelief at her tone and the way she spoke to me. The owner did nothing about it because he treats everyone awful regardless. I will never go back and even if you at desperate, nobody should go here!

Very disappointed. One acrylic nail fell off after 1 week followed by 2 others the next week. I have never had this happen ever. If you want a quality set of tips, do not go here.

Good quality, friendly staff, pricing is normal ... Normal like other salons. Best of all, every time I get refills I don't have to go back for 3 weeks. Their products are great and they do hand designs, pedicures, waxing, eye lash extensions, manicures, and have the newest and greatest designs. I never get bored with their polishes / colors because they always get new colors and designs in. All of these pictures I posted are all my previous designs I got on my own nails.

Honestly they really do have great service. The workers are very nice and willing to converse if you are. They do great work. Horrible. I went there looking for a gel manicure on my natural nail. I left disappointed after I asked for the quality to be fixed. A few of my nails looked like a child painted them. Good quality, friendly staff, pricing is normal ... Normal like other salons. Best of all, every time I get refills I don't have to go back for 3 weeks. Their products are great and they do hand designs, pedicures, waxing, eye lash extensions, manicures, and have the newest and greatest designs.
