I came in with my cousin to get my nails done not only did we get nasty looks when we walked in, they made us wait 20 minutes when we walked in even while there were two girls available. Then as I was almost finished getting my nails done the lady Kim pressured me to pay $40 for a fill while the place happy nails in woodland park which does an amazing job is only $28 and they are run by the same organization so I only got acrylics which were still $30. As I went to dry my nails Kim came over, grabbed my wallet, and took my card out without my permission, meanwhile my nails were still wet and all she was concerned about was me signing a receipt they throw out anyways so she then proceeded to throw the receipt at my cousin who’s nails weren’t dry either then walked away. As I was walking out of the salon I noticed that she made my nails crooked and lumpy..also my three fingers had blood all over them from when she cut me with her dirty utensils that she pulled out of the drawer that were obviously not clean. My experience was horrible and I do not recommend. Read Less
