Very disappointed with how owner (Julie) handled a situation. I’m a very loyal customer and I’ve been going to this nail shop for as long as I can remember and most time there is no promblem. I paid for my fill in and pedi on June 1st I walked out and Julie found me in pizzeria next door and told me she didn’t charge enough. I had already paid 70 dollars and tipped 10. She asked for another 10 so I absentmindedly gave it to her. After thinking it over and making calculation I figured I was over charged by mistake. I came back on the 19 ( my birthday) to get my normal fill and pedicure and I let Julie know that I was over charge. She very rudely told me that I was wrong and that she would “break it down” for me in front of all her customers and staff and that the whole situation was my fault. I told her the 10$ wasn’t a big deal and that I was just wanted to let her know I was overcharged. I walked away and she continued to talk about the situation and how I was “wrong” to customers while I was sitting 4 feet away. All in all, i think the situation was handled unprofessional and could have been resolved with a simple “our mistake”.

Best nail salon around! Amazing designs and awesome atmosphere. I constantly get compliments on my nails and never had a single complaint, and I have gone to almost every nail tech there !

The best nail salon I've ever been to I recommend this place to everyone! Staff is so nice too, they make you feel so at home. I've been coming here for almost 5 years now and won't go any where else.

i went for the first time to 3d NAILS and i will say i love the work but the attitude of "Dr.Phil" was unbelievable. Because i am a single mom i have to take my kid everywhere i go so i had to bring my 2 year old with me and as you can imagine a 2 year old will only sit still for so long. For some ODD reason Dr Phil thought it was ok to not once but 2x yell at the top of his lungs (where the entire place went quiet) at my 2 year old daughter, my daughter was shaking she was scared! When i said something to him he responded with you should yell at your kid because i yell and hit mine. Mind you my daughter was not doing anything wrong other than wanting her moms attention!! No one in that shop said one thing to him or apologized to me CRAZY to think it is ok to yell at that extreme at someone's child.... i would never in my life step foot there!!

Everyone was super friendly and my nails came out incredibly clean and well shaped. Price was average and well worth the experience that i had.

My first time coming into 3D nails was a good experience and I'll be back as a regular. I was able to get a fill during my lunch break and it was done perfectly even with the time crunch.

I really liked this salon. Gave them a try today for the first time and enjoyed my nail tech. She's a Spanish lady who was sweet, friendly and detailed. The salon is big and clean which is always a plus. Actually a bit busy for 2pm on a Thursday. The other staff seem to know their customers well and have some funny side conversations. I had a gift certificate for $30 and my total was $35 for a mani/pedi. I like that they do wax on the heels and use hot stones for a mini massage on my legs. Overall a really nice time and will be coming again.

Very disappointed with how owner (Julie) handled a situation. I’m a very loyal customer and I’ve been going to this nail shop for as long as I can remember and most time there is no promblem. i went for the first time to 3d NAILS and i will say i love the work but the attitude of "Dr.Phil" was unbelievable. Because i am a single mom i have to take my kid everywhere i go so i had to bring my 2 year old with me and as you can imagine a 2 year old will only sit still for so long. I really liked this salon. Gave them a try today for the first time and enjoyed my nail tech. She's a Spanish lady who was sweet, friendly and detailed.
