Meredith (a.k.a Mary) at the front desk has absolutely no customer service skills. She will make you feel very unwelcome and will give you attitude immediately if you are walking in and doesn't have an appointment. There is no sense of hospitality here at all. Even to loyal customers, I have gone here consistently for a few months and each time the experience got worst and worst. The manager T is halfway friendly as well and one time yelled "Oh my godd!!" out loud when I arrived at 6:45PM for a full set and pedicure and openly complained to his employees right in front of me that this was an inconvenience and he did not feel like staying too late past 8PM. This obviously made me feel very uneasy and like a burden. I would've gone elsewhere if i didn't drive about 40 mins to particularly go here. This will no longer happen!! This was my first time here. Called to see if I could get a same day appointment for a hard gel fill and was able to. A gentleman by the name of Sonny did my nails. I drive over an hour to get my nails done. I’ve always been satisfied with the quality no matter who has done my nails. T does my nails now and always exceeds my expectations. I loved this place. I did. The work they did was amazing. But I had scheduled an appt at 5PM planning to leave work a little early. I arrived at 5 only to be told "well we left you a voicemail saying we needed you to come 15 mins earlier"... then proceeded to make me wait nearly 40 mins!!!! WHAT!! Blew my mind. How do you do that? What, so you could fit more people in instead of being courteous to your existing customers?! For that, I will never step foot in there again. Didn't even get an apology!!!!! Super clean, inexpensive, and friendly place to get your nails done! I started going here because a coworker recommended this place to me and I'm glad I did! Only $40 for a gel mani and pedi? So I came across this salon after a friend mentioned it to me and of course I started my investigation to see what this place was really about. Based off the reviews I read I was a bit confused...To start off, this place is beautiful and the service is extremely pleasing. I made an appointment and of course I was running 10-15 mins late but I called ahead and let them know and they were very accommodating. Once I got there, I checked in and picked a color of their wall of nail polish. To my surprise there was a full wall of gel colors behind the nail bar and they matched to the regular nail polish color I picked out before. I waited about 3 minuets before being seated and starting my Full Acrylic Coffin Set with Mr. T. He was quiet but very hardworking and attentive to detail. I showed him pictures of some designs and he executed them beyond my expectations. Needless to say this is definitely my new spot and I'll be returning very soon for a fill. Really gorgeous salon. Great prices. Can't imagine why someone is saying it's overpriced because it's comparatively very inexpensive.So the atmosphere is great, it's very clean and everyone seems really nice. They take their time (sometimes too much) and do little hand massages at the end. That is definitely a big part of the experience. I've been there twice now. Without going into too much detail on the problems I had each time - I will just say it is definitely amateur hour all day every day. There may be a couple techs who know what they're doing but the rest I'd just barelt call professionals. On top of that - half hardly speak English which makes it difficult and the gel polishes are behind the techs so you can't really see what you're picking. (I don't like picking based off swatches.) I've been coming here for a few months now and I love it! My nails last about a month, and the techs take their time and make sure everything is perfected. The environment has an upbeat, but yet relaxing vibe. Everyone's really nice and get along with each other. They also offer water and other things for their customers to feel more comfortable. The only con is I always make appointments and sometimes I sit there 40 mins after the time I should've been taken, which can be frustrating. The worst. A 2 hour full set of acrylics... Gf had noo idea how to shape a stiletto nail - asked co worker how to more than once. She then spent the majority of her time on the phone.. The staff does amazing work. However, i have yet to be acknowledged all 4 times when I walked into this location. Busy is no excuse! Today was the only time I did not have an appointment. Don't let the negative reviews turn you away. I've been coming here for about 9 months and I've never had anything short of an amazing experience. The salon is beautiful and trendy. The waiting area seats are super comfortable and there's complimentary snacks and drinks. I always make an appointment with Nina and the guy who answers the phone is always extremely nice and accommodating. As far as the nails go, they are all extremely talented at what they do. They have every gel color you can think of, chrome powders, glitter, crystals, and can duplicate literally any design. I honesty have no idea where the negative reviews could come from because this place is nothing short of five stars. Prices are extremely reasonable as well for the quality of work. I drive over an hour to get my nails done here and have turned a few of my friends onto this place as well. This place is the real deal. You don't get any better than this. Read Less

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Do not go there, they have horrible hospitality and are pretty overpriced. They have made me bleed multiple times. And they made my friend and I wait over an hour TWICE now. Even on her birthday. It's dirty in there too. Wouldn't recommend to even my worst enemy. This place just wants your money. They talk down to you and honestly they aren't that grate at nails because many of the girls working there are not certified nail techinicans. And do not get me started on the lady who answers the phone. She's the meanest person I have ever met. I was a loyal customer and would refer everyone to them and gave them at least 6-10 new customers and today was the last straw. They made me wait a hour, worst part this wasn't the first time and also it was my birthday. Any design I request exceeds my expectations and my nails last even over a month with no issues. So before I started going here I almost decided not to try it because of the bad reviews. Now that I've been a loyal customer for a few months I have a pretty solid opinion of the place and I have no idea where all these bad reviews came from! The lounge itself is gorgeous, it's super original and cute! They even have complementary drinks and snacks out for customers! Their waiting area is comfortable and the atmosphere is light and fun. Thought it's always better to make an appointment they are very accommodating (they took me as a walk in when I needed an entire acrylic set done). I've never been turned away for not having an appointment. The best part is their work. They do absolutely amazing things. Every trend or design you've seen on Pinterest they have down pat. They have a ton of chrome powders, paint colors, charms, and crystals to up your nail game. They also have some amazing freehand artists, I had my nails hand painted with ouija board symbols for Halloween and the work was gorgeous! I've never been treated as anything less than a valued customer there, the staff is so friendly and skilled, especially the two male technicians. In my experience they are also more affordable than a lot of places (I got my nails done while on vacation once and was charged double what I pay at Hot Tips and they didn't even use the right colors). I have taken family members and friends here and they all adore this place as well. This place is fantastic. I'm a hairdresser so my nails are constantly exposed to water, products, my shears nearly every day so my nails typically start popping off two weeks after I get them done but I went in mid December, and today nearly a month later my nails are still all on, none loose and none lifting in the slightest. I had an appointment for 12:15, by 12:30 I was seated and we discussed what I'd wanted. I was taken by Vincent, who had actually come in on his day off since they were so busy. I saw an ad for this local place pop up on my Instagram, so I checked it out online and it looked fabulous... Hygienic with pipeless pedicures and a really cool spa-like ambiance. I made an appointment for a regular mani-pedi and went in yesterday.  I waited a little bit but was happy to see snacks and grabbed a cookie then was seated at a pedicure spot. I didn't get the name of the woman who did my pedicure but I asked her to cut my nails and she said she didn't speak English, I asked if she spoke Spanish and she did, luckily I can as well. You would think you'd know the word for "cut" working in a salon, though. The pedicure was nice, but if you wanted what's standard at other local salons for the same price like the scrub or hot stone massage or paraffin heel wrap, it's extra. Not a deal breaker but disappointing as they tout the "spa experience." Next on to the manicure. The same technician made my cuticles bleed on 3 fingers! I can't tell you the last time that happened to me! She also forgot to ask me to pay before she started polishing my nails. When I remembered I asked her to pay (which she said "no English" so I re-asked in Spanish) so luckily it didn't mess up my mani. All the while next to me a little girl barely 2 years old was getting a GEL PEDICURE!?!?! How is that even legal? Needless to say I won't be coming back here. Read Less
