I have been going to Lindsey for highlights and haircuts for the past ten years. She's always given me a great experience and even better outcomes. I always receive complements on how great my hair looks (many even thinking I don't color my hair at all). Whether I'm in for a highlight, trim, or drastic cut she knows me well and makes my hair look beautiful.As for the spa offerings Rachel has been my go to for years. I can not say enough great things about this salon! First DELIA is amazingly talented and so kind. I have been trying to get a balayage for a over a year now. I'm blonde already so it's a bit more complex a service. I have had my hair messed up 3 times prior with 3 different stylist, before going to VC and Delia, and I LOVE my natural looking beachy highlight now. Perfection! I was welcomed, checked on, offered coffee, wine and they even have little snacks! Everyone treats you kindly, not a pretentious salon at all. I have been going to VC Salon since last March. I wanted to start preparing myself for my wedding this July, so I started getting hydrafacials from them. I met with Tara and I haven't left her! Tara is one of the reasons why my skin has been hydrated and rejuvenated. Between the hydrafacials and the products that Tara has been recommending for me to use I have had the best results, especially during the winter time. I have gotten my hair cut after the hydrafacial a few times and the one stylist, Lindsay, has been great also. Channing, front desk staff, has also been a huge help. Great cut and balayage by Tatiana!!! Such a nice salon with drinks and snacks and great service. The cut was perfect and the new color of my hair is stunning!!! Nail salon portion of the salon is great!  Hair salon portion is another story, it's expensive, poorly managed & lots of attitude.  They are rude from the second you check in.  Hair cut, color and highlights = $430.  Also, God forbid you have an emergency and have to change your appointment..  You will be scolded at checkout.  I will never go back. Spray tan: was awesome! I got so many compliments on it before my prom. I went with the lightest shade and it looked very natural. Two of my friends got the same service and we were all very pleased with the results.Updo: would NEVER go here to get my hair done. I would give this place negative stars, but I liked the spray tan so I gave them some for that. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and my stylist gave me something completely different (it was a pony tail!). The stylist was very rude. Sold me a gift card that explicitly said 5-year expiration but then told me it was void if not used within 1 year. I believe the law requires that all gift cards are good for at least five years. It is also the best salon I have gone to. In terms of hair care, as I've experienced it. The front desk, notably as I now recall and from peripheral view of fellow reviews, needs to filter out some very poor and unfriendly attitudes. "Edgy" is not the word.The stylists and shampoo'g apprentices are excellent. Warm, creative and high ethic environment. Any stylist I have even walked-in to, so to speak, has exceeded expectations. And 2 that I've used most (1 more than another simply because the other is a mom and works less days at the salon) have been great about color techniques and helping to get my hair to its next stages. Full service Salon and people are for the most part very nice....nice bar for complimentary beverages.  There is some attitude (particularly to older customers) as they always seem rushed and you may be rushed through to less that perfect results.  Hair cuts in particular and blow dry are lacking.  They push products that rarely do anything but strip color and weigh your hair down. Pricey haircut was the tinniest of trims at $72!  Two weeks later it is too long!  They should spend more time actually taking the time to cut and style hair.  Color is always too dark if you have brown hair.....they do this to force you to get highlights!  Beware! I have tried many salons in the 25 years I have lived in the area, this salon and its staff is far the best I have found.  I am a weekly customer and whomever I get to do my hair, whether it be just a bow out, color or cut it is just what I like. I also use them for my waxing and pedicures and again extremely happy. There accommodations with appointments are wonderful even when I need to change an appointment. Emailed over a week ago to inquire regarding using them for my wedding (for some reason they were recommended by my venue). Never got back to me, so my mom decided to give it a go. My mom left a message and Nicole who called her back was rude and less than accommodating. Hello?!?! We are trying to give you business for a 12 person wedding party! Busy salon lacks customer service. The whole experience was deplorable except for the pedicure.  I was called to the registration desk as the "next customer", told to wait for my pedicure and was not spoken to directly for 20 minutes.  My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 p.m. and not seen for 40 min. Crazy noisy inside...and not relaxing.  I was seated at a broken chair and they knew it.  I will not be returning and I am sure they could care less. Read Less

Best salon I have ever gone to! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. They always offer snacks and beverages to make you comfortable. Tatiana colored and cut my hair. After I explained what I wanted, she showed me different examples of what it would look like. Also, it's so hard to find a stylist that when you say trim, truly just trims your hair. She kept all my length while making my ends healthy again. She also have a great blow out.Entirely worth every penny and it was such an enjoyable experience. I will absolutely be back! Read Less

Went here to get a blowout for a friends wedding and was happy with the results when I left the salon (although not as voluminous as I had hoped) but my hair was flat about an hour later. It still looked ok, but not sure it was worth the time and money when I could have gotten the same results at home. The salon in general however, was clean and staff was very nice. Read Less

I've heard that this place was wonderful so i made an appointment for the works! I was about to spend hundreds of dollars here! I called a couple days before my appointment to ask some questions and the receptionist was SO rude. She wouldnt answer any questions and basically told me to cancel my appointment. I was so upset. Have tried many Hair & Full Service Salons but am currently enjoying VC Salon at Town Center. I really enjoy the smaller intimate atmosphere and the qualified techs they have on staff. You can pretty much get any hair or spa service you are looking for and the prices are relatively competitive for the area. No need to make your appointment more than two weeks in advance and they have been accommodating enough to cut both my kids hair during my appointment.  Lois is very talented and accomodating.
