This is one of the worst places to go for nails. The women kept getting nail polish all over my hands, she made my nails uneven and I asked her to fix it and she still messed up, they were rude and disrespectful! Went in there for a fill, the guy had a personality of a slug, I asked him to trim my nails, he cut them down to the skin, while painting my nails I told him I wanted gel on top, he told me it was too late since he put lotion on my hands already, lotion has nothing to do with nails, he should of done the service I requested instead of giving me an attitude, now I have to pay to have my nails done properly sometime during the week, i have been getting my nails done for 20 plus years and this place by far is a joke, I will never go back Read Less

I am so disgusted in this location. Multiple times during my acrylic fill I had to point out that the nails are crooked. They're all higher on the left side of the nail. After asking her to fix it 4 times, they're super short and still crooked. There is nail polish all over my fingers because she did an awful job painting them. I went in for a fill and it doesn't look like she filled the gap with acrylic, it's just looks like she made the existing acrylic thicker. The designs are uneven and barely look the same on each nail. I tried to complain to the owner, but he is rude and can't be bothered. Used to go here for mani Pedis. They do gel mani horrible and it won't last more than 2 days without peeling. Just went for a pedi and the owner did it and was rude didn't speak to me the whole time and she cut my toe bad that it's still sore 2 days later! Once i realized this nail salon was in Walmart, i honestly wasn't expecting the best service out there. I was looking for a place to get a gel manicure before an event that night and i didn't even realize it was in Walmart until my GPS directed me there. I figured why not give it a shot, it can't be that hard to paint nails....apparently i was wrong. It was by far the worst paint job I've ever had on my hands - as you can see in the picture. A 2yr old could have done a better job. She applied the base coat and tried to get away with only one coat of color - which was streaky and awful so i asked that she put two coats on (normally a standard in most nails salons?) she didn't seem to like that suggestion but did it anyway, then left me under the lights for 10 minutes go to wax someone. She came back and proceeded to put the top coat ...which read "base coat" by the way, but at this point i was so over the entire experience i wasn't going to argue. My nails looked horrendous! there was gel polish on my cuticles, the "top coat" was just slapped on there - once i left i noticed that it didn't even go to the edges of my nails... it was kind of a clear blob-shaped coating, and to top it off they began cracking and chipping day 2. Bottom line - don't waste your money. It's $20 for a gel manicure where as most places charge up to $35 - but you really get what you pay for here. if i wanted a shitty manicure that didn't last more than a day i would have paid $8 for a regular manicure at a much nicer place. I wish there were minus stars... If you've been here for any service get a tetanus shot or checked for Hep C!! This place is filthy!  I sat in the chair waiting for a few minutes, enough time to look around...disgusting.  I got up and quietly told the rude man stuffing potato chips in his mouth  salon was dirty and quickly left.  Forget "you get what you pay for"...that's BS.  There are health codes that need to be adhered whether you are a high end salon or a cheap Walmart outfit.  Come on people....you deserve better, and certainly not a nasty infection!!!  I spoke to Walmart management  (a separate entity) and called the local health department. It was in Walmart. That should have been my first clue. They don't accept appointments somehow I stuck around for an hour waiting to get a fill-in. The manicure was very low quality and the man doing it seemed like he couldn't care less. Wasn't paying attention, instead changing the TV channels and answering his phone/texting. It didn't or seem clean at all and I didn't not want to put my hand in the gel dryer if I could avoid it. The final product looks terrible. I felt like I needed another fill in right then . And it wasn't like I was paying any less than I do at any other salon in the area, so it was just a terrible experience. Read Less

Very disappointed!  I should've known better than to go to a walmart nail salon. I called a few nail salons near me and they weren't open being it's Sunday.  I called Regal Nails and they were open.  I didn't know they were in a walmart till I drove there with my gps.  I got a pedicure and gel manicure.  I just left about 15 minutes ago and am home.  The pedicure was fine, she was  a little rough though.  When doing my nails, I had to ask her to fix the one nail that wasn't fully polished.  The nail tech tried to act like she didn't understand what I was pointing out or saying, I had to repeat myself several times to get her to fix that one nail.  When I got in my car, I noticed that several fingernails didn't have the clear polish fully painted on them.  One of my nails has a piece of dust or something in it and it's stuck with the gel polish.  Looking at my toes, I am noticing that they're not fully polished either. I called a few minutes and spoke to the man that runs the shop. I told him I'm not happy and asked what he could do for me.  He asked me to come in and let him see my nails.  I'm about to head back and demand my money back.  They messed up my nails once, I'm not confident they can make them right. All in all, don't come here.  I had a bad feeling when I got there and should've walked away, but I didn't.  *UPDATE- I went back, showed him my nails and that I was unhappy.  I don't have time to let them re-done, so they took everything off and I got my money back. Very reasonable with there prices... offer a nice selection of gel polishes.. not the friendliest people.. meaning they dont chit chat with you.. My friend and I both got acrylics here ($20 special during the holidays... Awesome deal) we both got ours rounded shaped and I was charged 20 but they charged my friend 25 for the rounded tip.... Makes no sense. The guy did an awesome job on my tips and spent a lot of time on perfecting the shape. The woman doing my friends however..... Sucked!! My friends nails looked like someone shaped them with a chainsaw. It was so bad I had to take the file from the nail lady and fix my friends nails myself before she painted them because she wouldn't listen that they were crooked and uneven. Long story short, the woman at this place suck and only the man is good at doing nails because he did an amazing job on mine which is why I gave 2 stars. Read Less

I am not comparing it to fancy spas and salons. Apples for apples.  If you want pampering, go elsewhere. But if you want a quick no non-sense mani-pedi, this place is a good choice. You can't beat $22 mani- pedi combo under one hour, no wait! Ask for Jasmine. She did an amazing job! Read Less

I am a professional in the beauty industry and am willing to give any place a try once. I was willing to take this place for what it was, a nail salon in a walmart, however being new to the area and not knowing any other nail places, I gave it a go. wrong! Starting with a pedicure, taking place next to a shower curtain looking wall, the tech started out by removing my polish with a drill. WTF try acetone or better yet acetone on cotton with foil over it to loosen any stuck on debris. The pedi was such a train wreck it was almost commical. She was cutting my skin so much it hurt, and using the drill on my natural toenail so it burned. The pluses were the chair and she knew how to polish...I was then taken to a table for my acrylic tips. This was a more "normal" quickie salon experience as long as you can tune out walmart shoppers passing by you gawking. Only downsides were he didnt measure my fingers to make sure they were even so some are not perportionate and he didnt not use a high shine top coat. Total cost was 53.00 wow super cheap. So was the service though. I tipped the man who did my tips 12.00 and the girl who did the horrible pedi 5.00 and said good riddence.
