I really wanted to like this place. It's pretty clean and the people there are very friendly. However, when I got a gel manicure the girl put so much extra gel top coat and primer it was ridiculous. She used about 3 coats of the primer stuff that they usually only put one or two. Then she used some more of the gel stuff and said it would help the manicure to stay longer. It was overkill and I could tell right away when I put my hands in the uv lights it was burning like crazy. I didn't say anything because I didn't think anything of it but when I got home my cuticles and fingers were so irritated! They over do it on the products and it ended up just ruining my cuticles. Had a horrible experience here. First of all, their customer service is HORRENDOUS as others have mentioned. I honestly don't know how this place is still operating with such negativity I received from everyone. I did read other reviews of feeling discriminated so maybe that's what I'm feeling. I showed the lady a picture of design I wanted and she started laughing saying those desigs are for 'old people' and started talking to other employees in their own language, giggling. I felt very uneasy the whole time I was there to the point I just wanted to walk out of there.I came here to be pampered and to de-stress from work but instead, I got more stressed by coming here. I had a really great experience here a few days ago. I was disappointed from the previous nail salon I went to bc my SNS nails only lasted less than two weeks. I decided to try this place because of the reviews and the great nail designs that they do. I wanted to do the SNS Nails again, however, they did not have the color I wanted and did not have a wide variety of colors to choose from. The nail tech Lani convinced me to get acrylic, which was my first time ever. She did such a great job with my nails! I felt bad I arrived a little less than an hour before they closed, but Lani took her time with me. I did not feel rushed at all. I hope these nails last longer than two weeks, because I just want to be able to stick to one nail salon. I would come back and ask for Lani again, although I would like to try Bo one of these days! Had a great experience at Nail Pro last Thursday. They were able to accommodate me last minute on a Thursday night to get a gel set done. I was placed with Billy almost right away. Billy was fun and made sure I was comfortable during my session with him. I loved that we had a few laughs because some technicians are silent the entire time which makes your time there drag. I am not a very patient person when it comes to getting my nails done unfortunately. But it actually went fast.I know everyone recommends Bo but since I was a walk in, I was told I need an appointment to see Bo. He is apparently the celebrity technician at Nail Pro. Nevertheless, I was very pleased with the brainstorming Billy and I did to figure out which colors compliment me the most. I was very happy and will be returning. Read Less

Bo, the self proclaimed nail god is actually not that great. After seeing such great reviews and seeing pictures I thought he would do a phenomenal job. He ignored all my requests, he doesn't manicure the hand, my cuticles looked like crap before and I left with same ones. The shape was not good and it was thick and kind of lumpy. 2 of my nails broke like a week after. He does a lot of frills and fun stuff but his designs are tacky. Really disappointed. And the young Hispanic girl who did my pedicure absolutely butchered up my toes. I couldn't wear shoes for two days, it was so painful and she only did one layer of polish so it came off right away (admittedly my fault) The guy at the counter literally rolled his eyes at me when I tried to hand him money to pay for my services even though he was right by the register. This place seems to be always busy so an appt is recommended. I've been here twice and have had Violeta and a lady with really short hair. They were both great and did a great job. Prices are good and reasonable $10 for a mani. The nail salon is also well kept and organized. Make an appt if you do not like waiting. The only reason why I am giving this place 4 stars is because anytime they've told me to wait 10mins it is always way longer. Read Less

I absolutely love getting my nails done here!! My mom, sister and myself all see Bo for our nails and my sister and I see Daisy for our pedicures.Bo is always on top of his game with the new nail design trends and is always willing to go above and beyond for what design we want!Daisy is awesome!! After hearing about how great Nail Pro was for quite some time now and after talking to my friend who comes here all the time, I finally decided to come check them out. I called to make an appointment with Bo who I was recommended to but unfortunately he was booked up completely. I wanted to come to him because of his beautiful nail art designs and quality work. I arrived with my friend who was just getting a pedicure and was sat down to soak off my gels rite away. Once the gels were off I was explaining to the man that I wanted my nails to be a little thicker and asked if we could just do an extra coat or two of the polish. Instead he added UV gel on my nails that completely weakened them. I wasn't happy at all. The shape of my nails were lumpy and not smooth which really irritated me overall. I was then passed over to a woman who I was told that was going to paint my nails. I chose to get white nails with a marble design and asked if Bo could do the design. She tried to do the design for about 15 mins and finally I said I'm sorry but I just want Bo to do them so I waited about 20 mins for him to finish his client. The design he did was beautiful and I loved it. He pays very close attention to detail which is really great. About a day after the stripe design with nail tape that had been applied on my nail came off and the top coat started to peel. I paid $50 that day to get my nails done and just two days later they were already falling apart. If I ever decided to come back here I would only go to Bo who you have to book a week in advance just to get a spot with him. His work is absolute quality and he gets 5 stars in my book. I went back to my normal nail salon just a week after having my nails done here and they told me that they weakened my nails so much that they have to give them a week off to heal. If you are getting regular gels there's no need for the use of a nail power tool. That should only be used when shaping acrylic nails. Read Less
