Reading the previous negative reviews are funny. They are definetly made up! I started going to this salon 3 months ago. I was in search of a salon that had a good appointment system and great quality work. The moment I arrived the owner greeted me by my name and immediately asked me to have a seat. That was a great first impresssion! The customer service is great. I love being able to get to my appointment and know that she is waiting for me to get started right on time! As she's working she asks if everything looks good, which is great because It shows she cares about my opinion and wants to make sure I leave completely satisfied with her work. The level of professionalism is amazing. The salon is also very clean and decorated very tastefully. Love everything about this salon!

The woman who owned the place would not give me the time of day. Instead of working on her paying costumer for over an HOUR she decided to do her moms and her boyfriends nails... for free. She then had her "apprentice" take care of my nails. Not only did she forget to paint one of my nails it was also sloppy work. Nail polish all over the sides on my fingers and streaks in my nails. I tried to address the owner about this but she was to busy eating at the front desk with her mother, and didn't seem to care at all I was dissatisfied with the job they had done. Awful experience I do not recommend going there... very unprofessional. I will never step foot in that establishment again.

Ok first I'm going to start with the fact that its location sucks and has no parking at all, it's metered street parking.. luckily I found a spot in front. So I usually get to my appointments 5-10 min...
Ok first I'm going to start with the fact that its location sucks and has no parking at all, it's metered street parking.. luckily I found a spot in front. So I usually get to my appointments 5-10 mins early because I hate being late.. Natalie (the only person working and owner) doesnt even look up from what she's doing OR at least say "Hi I'll be right with you.." So about 25 mins AFTER my appointment time she's finally done and checks the client out.. She literally starts eating McDonalds at the front desk on her phone WHILE IM IN HER CHAIR WAITING..
I sit down, explain what I wanted and let her work.. never did she try and talk to me, or smile..I felt like I inconvenienced her. I got coffin acrylics, with matte black and red chrome nails (2 chrome & 3 matte on each hand) My nails came out okay but not worth the $80 bill I got.
I was really surprised honestly, she charged me extra for the chrome, extra for the matte, extra for NOT having her do my nails last time, extra for using gel polish on top of acrylics ( like does anyone get nail polish on them??????)
Not going back.
p.s my nails chipped MAYBE 3 days later

Went here for the first time today and I LOVED it! I needed my nails done last minute because my polish had started coming off and luckily they're open Sundays and did me the huge favor of squeezing me in. I went from a square nail shape to oval and it looks awesome. The nail polish was a really pretty color too but they had so many options to choose from. I'll definitely be a regular here. Inside the place was gorgeous and clean. Nice staff, was greeted right when I walked in. Their online booking will also make it easier for my future appointments.

I would never go there again. Natalie is rude and she needs to learn how to treat her clients. She cancelled my appointment, once I got to nail rehab because she was not feeling good and needs to go to the doctor. I understand sometimes you don't feel good and sometimes get sick, but she could have told me before I got there what was going on. She kept insisting that she had a 930pm doctor appointment and needs time to drive there. Honestly, I don't know any doctors office takes appointments at that time, clearly Natalie does. To make matters worst, I was getting my nails done for my bday. She didn't make any efforts to reschedule or accommodate the inconvience.

Would highly recommend for manicures! I have had nail services with both Natalie and Elizabeth. Both have been phenomenal with manicures. Somehow, their polish lasts for a week+ whereas other salons start to chip in a few days. They're both so careful and diligent in shaping your nails, they always turn out perfectly. I love the layout of the salon and their presentation of polish options - much easier than being presented with a wall of old bottles. They recently added massage pedicure chairs too, so now it's the total package!

my experience here was amazing. Besides getting my own nails and feet done I also had my granddaughters birthday there and it was all just great. definitely recommend this salon.

Reading the previous negative reviews are funny. They are definetly made up! I started going to this salon 3 months ago. I was in search of a salon that had a good appointment system and great quality work. The moment I arrived the owner greeted me by my name and immediately asked me to have a seat. That was a great first impresssion! The customer service is great. I love being able to get to my appointment and know that she is waiting for me to get started right on time! As she's working she asks if everything looks good, which is great because It shows she cares about my opinion and wants to make sure I leave completely satisfied with her work. The level of professionalism is amazing. The salon is also very clean and decorated very tastefully. Love everything about this salon!

The woman who owned the place would not give me the time of day. Instead of working on her paying costumer for over an HOUR she decided to do her moms and her boyfriends nails... for free. She then had her "apprentice" take care of my nails. Not only did she forget to paint one of my nails it was also sloppy work. Nail polish all over the sides on my fingers and streaks in my nails. I tried to address the owner about this but she was to busy eating at the front desk with her mother, and didn't seem to care at all I was dissatisfied with the job they had done. Awful experience I do not recommend going there... very unprofessional. I will never step foot in that establishment again.

Went here for the first time today and I LOVED it! I needed my nails done last minute because my polish had started coming off and luckily they're open Sundays and did me the huge favor of squeezing me in. I went from a square nail shape to oval and it looks awesome. The nail polish was a really pretty color too but they had so many options to choose from. I'll definitely be a regular here. Inside the place was gorgeous and clean. Nice staff, was greeted right when I walked in. Their online booking will also make it easier for my future appointments.

I would never go there again. Natalie is rude and she needs to learn how to treat her clients. She cancelled my appointment, once I got to nail rehab because she was not feeling good and needs to go to the doctor. I understand sometimes you don't feel good and sometimes get sick, but she could have told me before I got there what was going on. She kept insisting that she had a 930pm doctor appointment and needs time to drive there. Honestly, I don't know any doctors office takes appointments at that time, clearly Natalie does. Would highly recommend for manicures! I have had nail services with both Natalie and Elizabeth. Both have been phenomenal with manicures. Somehow, their polish lasts for a week+ whereas other salons start to chip in a few days. They're both so careful and diligent in shaping your nails, they always turn out perfectly. I love the layout of the salon and their presentation of polish options - much easier than being presented with a wall of old bottles. They recently added massage pedicure chairs too, so now it's the total package!
