Didnt even get my nails done! I Walked in..I was barely acknowledged.. I picked my color..I waited almost a half hour before someone else walked in..(maybe a regular)a worker asked if they had an appointment & even tho she said no she was told to pick her color & seated before me..that was my 1st time there & I was excited to try because of how nice the nails look in their fb posts..but im not that desperate when it comes to bad customer service so I wont be returning . I'm very picky when it comes to my nails, in the last year I have had very bad experiences in some nails salon, but thanks God I found this place. Now I'm in love with my nails, thanks to @pinehillnailsalon they're perfect, I recommend it 100%. What I liked the most is that Don gave me excellent advice for the health of my nails. What ever happen to manners and professionalism?? The nail tech i had( asian woman in her fifties with glasses) ,didn't have any. I have never experience in a nail salon such rudeness with a big attitude ,because I had questions about my nails. She was so nasty, I wanted one of the other techs to do my nails but they were leaving They were very nice and polite. I always get what I ask for! TLC goes into my nails and I appreciate that. Most places rush you through just to make a quick buck, but not this place. I recommend seeing dawn. How many chops does it take before your cuticle bleeds? It started off great ended with my fingers burning everytime i wash my hands..6 cuts in total and i hand acrylic all dried up on my palm. How?. I didnt really feel anything til i left because my nails are normally tight when i get them done. Maybe she started rushing toward the end but still i wont b back. Oh an also when she applied the acrylic it burned really bad for a secound..its never happened to me anywhere else. Did that happen to anyone esle? Its sad the nails look nice but not worth a missing finger or burned ones. Read Less

They are very rude there. I would not advise anyone to waste their time or money. They do a rush job and do not have very good customer service. The girl got mad because I wanted a second coat and wanted to sit under the dryer a few minutes longer. She huffed really loud and walked away. Then she came back and put the clear top coat on and just globbed it on. It was so thick and started to slide off, and thats exactly how they dried. Needless to say she did not get a tip. I will definitely not be going back. They act like they know whats best and do what they prefer rather than the customer. Read Less

Got my eyebrows done here in a jam! Walked In and walked out, young lady took her time, but didn't doddle, made sure every stray hair was removed from that part of my face. Will def be returning. Very clean shop! Read Less
