The worst gel manicure/pedicure I have ever gotten!! The place was dirty and the employees were very rude. My gel nails were done incorrectly and after leaving the salon realized many of the nails had paint bubbles on them. I retured the following day and they were so rude about their mistake. All of a sudden there was a big language barrier and they stopped speaking English. I know they were talking badly about me and I was not given a refund or satisfactory service. Went for a pedicure. Worst I've ever gotten. The guy just swung the tools around and they didn't touch my nails. He clipped one too short and then proceeded to file my skin. He shouldn't be able to paint nails. He had to go back and use nail polish remover on the skin on every one of my toes. The salon is dirty. There is nail dust all over the floor, on the chair bottoms. Weeks of build up. One of the workers sat there and loudly watched some foreign YouTube videos on her phone. I usually go to this place to get my nails done and I never had a problem, today was a different story. This place is a complete hit or miss, depending on who's doing your nails... I went in there today, after about a dozen good sets, and maybe two disappointments, I thought today would be okay. I hate to say it, I don't want to be that person, but whenever the men do my nails, they always muck it up somehow. I asked for them long and pointed, (don't judge, I love my vampire nails) and he filed them short and square. Now I have to wait for them to grow to such a length where I can point them myself. I went to beauty school, I know how to file my own nails, if I can do it, anyone can. These people need to hire people who are more likely to listen and less likely to mumble under their breath every time someone speaks to them. Plus, anyone who had EVER had a job knows, the account of time you have to get something done shouldn't impact the quality of the work you do. I got there an hour before closing. AN HOUR. he had plenty of time, yet he rushed the whole thing, nicked my cuticles on four fingers, covered my fingers in clear coat and sent me on my way, crookedly filed, incorrect shape, messy polish, and sore fingers.
