Worst nail salon ever. If you get your nails done there do not get them done with Jason, he is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I had a 4 pm app and he made me wait 30 min and when I asked him how much longer he was going to take because I had somewhere to be by 5 pm he said go get your nails done somewhere else if you don't wanna wait. What kind of business are they running there that they allow an employee to speak to a customer the way I was spoken too and on top make me wait that long. I just had my first appointment here and it was the best I ever experienced! I have very sensitive nails and Jason was very gentle and patient with me. I went to get my nails done on the 13th of may 2016 and my total came out to 35 dollars and I just check my bank account and they took 50 dollars out of my account after I signed the receipt saying 0 for tip and wrote 35 as total. Very upsetting that they would do that Read Less

I made the mistake of going to the salon in the local Walmart, the tech messes up my acrylic nails and my own.... I went into Luxury Nail & Spa, and Ti gave me excellent friendly and professional service and beautiful white tip acrylic nails with gel topcoat. I was ecstatic with how beautiful my nails came out and the wonderful job Ti did. It was my first time there, I won't dare go anywhere else!!! I come from a big city, this is the quality I've been looking for.... I will not only rant and rave about what a great salon but highly recommend it! I can't wait to get a pedicure there.... I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. This was the worst decision I made for in awhile. First, the section of the shop where you actually get something waxed just had a partition. There was a lady right on the other side talking about her son. I don't want to hear that! Second, the lighting was so dim, it is a wonder that I still have my eyebrows. BUT I lost a chunk of skin under my eyebrow. Poof, its just gone. Yes, my eyebrows got red, but I'm not blaming the Spa for that, but I am almost positive that something could have been done to prevent a piece of skin from being ripped off of head. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed in a few places around Phillipsburg, and trust me this place is not good to go to. Maybe try the place near Regal Pohatcong 12. Read Less

I have had many pedis. This place is by far was the worst. From everyone there in there phone to having someone inexperienced working on customers. He checked his phone while working on me and also was very aggressive. He cut my nails crooked and very limited massage on my feet. An all out terrible experience.
