So I was sketchy about going here from Reading all of the bad reviews, but decided to give it a try anyway because they were the only salon open and my nails absolutely needed to be fixed and I couldn’t wait any longer. I am glad I went for it and looked past the negative comments. My nails haven’t looked this good in a VERY long time! My nail tech was very friendly, kept conversation the entire time, made sure to ask me if she was doing exactly what I had asked her to do and didn’t let me walk out the door without asking me if I was satisfied. I used to be a loyal customer there until the last two time i’ve been. The most recent time i went there to get my nails done, a day later, three of them popped off while i was at work. and i had an appointment for 4pm and they didn’t get to me until 4:45. never going there again. Read Less

They did my nails so fast, they were a mess. I had them done 4 days and they started chipping. There is so much space by my cuticle they didn't polish. There is skin still around my cuticles, and when the lady put the top coat on she didn't even cover the whole nail with top coat before putting under the gel light. Overall good prices and job well done. I didn't like how my friend and I were opposite sides of the room. One of the workers was eating sitting next to me. Not the end of the world but it was weird.  The lady I had did a great job but didn't talk to me at all. For me getting my nails done with a friend is a social experience. I enjoy talking with the employee. She wasn't rude but also not friendly. That all being said I would still go back. Maybe as they get to know me they will open up a bit and be more friendly. Needless to say that I will NEVER return. A nail place is purely about service, and these people know nothing about service. I asked for a french manicure and only got a white tip. Did they think I paid $40 to have white nail polish put on my nails?!  I was told by the woman doing my nails that she would add another coat, but she never came around to doing that. Came here once, don't think I'll be back. First of all, this salon has absolutely no ventilation system so be prepared to indulge strong smell of acetone, nail polish, acrylic and other chemicals. To add insult to injury, they also don't have a suction system on their tables, so all of the acrylic dust flys right in your face when they file your nails. I had a young lady do my nails (didn't catch her name), she barely understood what I was trying to tell her that I wanted. To make this review short, she put on a color and a design, than took me for a color change on my toes and my eyebrows waxed, all in all it was over 30 minutes for my nails to dry on their own. I've requested gel top coat (get it done in other salons all the time), she put it on. When it came time to pay, I've noticed that the nail polish crumbled on my nails, I pressed on it and it left a dent. Clearly, the nail Polish was too thick and possibly very old! I showed it to what appeared to be the owner, who said "oh it's not dry, you should have dried the nail polish for 30 mins before putting gel" (ummm ok! It was over 30 mins that I dried them) and than she proceeded to nag at me and then had a nerve to ask me if I wanted to fix ... Which pissed me off and I started to press on all of my nails, INCLUDING TOES, and what do you know the nail polish came off all of them!The lady took me back and redone my nails with such an attitude that I didn't even want to leave her the $10 tip I had ready for her, she rushed through and my nails looked horrible never the less.Not to mention that she messed up my eyebrows and used SUPER HOT wax.Nope, not coming back! so I came in picked my color and was told to sit at a station.  after i did so I saw people who came in after me get their nails done before me. I had a ride coming to pick me up at a specific time so I finally spoke up and they did apologize and said they forgot about me...great  lol.  The guy who ended up doing my gels was pretty rude to be honest.  At one point he said "you don't get your nails done that much do you?" I said...no...(even though I used to quite frequently).  He then said that I had too much oil on my nails and the color wasn't sticking. I so badly wanted to say that's why other places use acetone to strip my nails first to get color to stick and last longer...a pretty common protocol to nail painting.  I didn't appreciate it being my fault to why he couldn't do his job.  I also was told they were out of two of the colors I originally chose and the color that I ended up picking looked totally different on...so I even questioned if that was the one I had asked for. been searching for a new nail salon since relocating for about 3 months; try several, not very happy.  Stumbled upon K Nails while going over to Stop & Shop.  It was late Saturday afternoon, and no problem getting that man-pedi.  People are very nice, personable and do a very good job.  And they are open until 8:00 pm on weeknights, and open on Sundays.  Definitely will go back again Read Less

Best pink and whites in the area.. flawless job no matter which technician you get. Also speak English well and friendly always a plus :) Can get busy on the weekends but not too much of a wait. Would recommend coming in during the week if you want the best attention. Read Less
