They are always happy to do your nails and get you in very fast. They always do a good job at doing your nails and are very clean and neat about it. The lady who did my manicure was very nice and actually talked to me, unlike other ladies at other salons. I always return here and will continue to do so! Read Less

I must say I was very impressed with their work, Hana did a great job on my feet and not sure of the person who did my nails but she sit in first seat she did a wonderful job. I no longer have to go to Irvington or Bridgewater to get these things done. I will definitely be back. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the wait time, but she told me the days to come less crowded. Love my experience there. Read Less

Worst experience I've ever had! Woman wouldn't get off her cell phone the entire time she was doing my nails, only did half the service then made me wait a half hour until they came back to finish, filed my skin and cut 3 of my fingers, extremely rude to me and other customers. Will never be back no matter how desperate I am to get my nails done. Read Less

Very poor customer service.  Was me first time going to this place and was not acknowledge when I walked in.  A few people were ahead of me and after 15 mins one got up and left.  Shortly there after the other person had been waiting an hour got up and left.  I thought I was next, however, every technician that was working on customers, was doing a second service on their clients and not acknowledging the people waiting eagerly for service.  After waiting at least 30 minutes without one word from any of the staff, I got up an left.  NEVER AGAIN! I started going to this salon 2 years ago and their prices for the same service went up $20. Also the quality of their service has gotten horrible. I've gone to several nail salons and this place is the ONLY place that my nails actually fall off, and quickly. Ive been coming here for the past few months, lately I think they're getting a little LAZY! I recently came in for a fill as I do every 2 weeks. When I originally got a full set the week prior, I asked for longer nails and for them to be "ballerina" shaped. Not only did the lady forget to do them long, she was too far in and said I can do it next time. 2 Weeks later I came in, asked for a nail extension so i could finally have the ballerina shaped nails that I originally asked for and the nail technician complained and said it was too much work. She eventually did them, and painted my nails with the gel polished that I asked for but I found her complaining very unprofessional. Now with the most recent experience was 2 weeks after the last one mentioned. I came in with my nail cracked horizontal. I notified the tech so it would be fixed. I also asked for a cut down, which she complained about before doing. She did my nails in the end they came out nice & I loved the color of my gel polish. Well 2 days later the same nail I told her about is cracked in the same spot. I go back, she fixed it with a attitude same it was my fault. Now a day later the same nail is cracked again! As she fixed it the last time she made me bleed when she ripped my nail off. I've been in here 3 times in one week for the same nail. This place is unprofessional, they will talk about you in another language and once you've become somewhat of a regular customer they stop doing a good job! I use to really enjoy getting my nails done here, but today I had a bad experience. I went in and came out realizing my nails were completely different. My right thumb nail is longer than my left, my right middle finger is shorter than my left one, my left ring finger is shorter than my right, and the paint job isn't what I expected. I can even see my real nail on the sides of the fake nail.. So very dissatisfied with this visit. Read Less

Sister and I had our nails done here three times and each time was great.  Friendly, nice, many pedicure chairs, maybe we'll try that next.  I also had my brows shaped this month at a 2010 price!   The language is not always English, but my nails don't care, and the stylists are very nice and always respectful.   My sis got a chip due to her own fault, we went back an hour later, and they fixed it with the best attitude.   I live far away and will come here every time I visit my family, which is a lot! There's absolutely no reason for anyone to come here. I'm surprised that they're even in business. It's a small shop to begin with; maybe three pedicure chairs? All I needed was a cut down on my acrylic nails. I asked for a little extra length at my go to salon ( Koco's Nail Salon in Philly) & not only did they deliver, but I loved the extra length. Unfortunately, after coming home to the boyfriend he thought they were too long for work. Hate to admit it but he was right. I walked in to this "establishment" & no one greeted me; I should have just left then. As I mentioned earlier, the shop is super small so there's no reason why ANY customer should not be greeted upon entrance. I wrote my name down & what I needed done at the front desk. Too bad no one was sitting there & I never saw anyone check the list while I was there (which was over an hour for something that literally took less than 5 minutes to do.) The woman who I assume is the owner, finally asked me what I needed done & told me "okay, two minutes" as she was finishing up a customer. The wait was longer than the damn two minutes she had originally told me. After the client's nails were completed she kept talking to the nail tech. Heaux, I know good and damn well you've seen me sitting here. My facial expression was not a happy one & you want to keep the conversation going? Majorly fucking rude. Then the nail tech told her that she wasn't charging her anything & that she was free to go. That made me suspicious; why was her service free of charge? Did the salon make a mistake & she came in to fix it; & if so, is this a normal occurrence here? I was charged $5 for the 5 minutes of service that was provided. I will NEVER come here again. If I could give a negative review I would. This place is a ripp off, they tell you they are saving you money by doing something beeides what you ask. $33.00 not bad, but I wanted gel and she did acrylic. I asked for gel nail polish and she gave me regular. My nails at the end look ,short,  messy as if my 15 year old kid did them. Get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more and not have to go get them redone some place else. By the way, talking about people in you language with your customer right there is ignorant. Although this place does not look the nicest or the cleanest - they consistently provide the BEST service of any nail salon in the area... At the end of the day I want my mani/pedi to look good when I leave a salon.  Pedicures include a hot stone massage, which other salons charge extra for.  The polish selection could be better - no Essie colors at all.
