Needed a nail salon close to the laundromat so my daughter could get her nails done while i did laundry. CC nails is in the same strip mall so i went and told the ladies what she wanted and left her to get a gel manicure. Service was quick and done well. By the time i got my laundry in the washer my daughter had her nails done. Less expensive than i thought it would be. Very satisfied with results. This is my favorite nail place! Pedis last three weeks and beyond. Best leg massages and parafin on your heels.  When you are at the dryers, they give you a back and neck massage.  Staff is so friendly!  Love them!!!! Read Less

Went for fill and she was very rude! Literally rolled her eyes at me (because she didn't understand what I said!?!) My nails were not shaped and very 'lumpy'..not smooth and a very thick, uneven layer of gel. Not a nice atmosphere. Read Less

The place is big and clean and it looks like there are plenty of workers so there isn't much of a wait unless it's packed. Experience was just okay. Nobody really talks and there aren't even tvs so it was pretty boring. My nail tech was very distracted.. probably got up 6 or 7 times during my manicure and kept looking around while cutting my cuticles. Nails still look pretty good though. Read Less

Very horrible experience . Went there with a booked reservation; sat in a "very cold water" pedicure spa chair and ignored (as well as was the woman sitting next to me as well) for over 1/2 hour; with absolutely NO attention provided whatsoever; so I got up and walked out .... Not a nice atmosphere. I would never go here again. FYI; save yourself a lot of grief ! The owner is interested in an "overbooking cattle prod" approach; as in: "stuff them in; and let them wait". Also, the girls doing the pedis were talking in Spanish and not paying attention to their work; and two of the 5 pedicure chairs spilled over with dirty water all over the floor; and 2 cleaning sponges were being tossed by one of the workers carelessly onto the floor; after wiping one of the used basins ! All the ladies in my family and I got our nails done at CC nails for the first time to prepare for my wedding. I ended up getting powder gel nails (french manicure) that looked absolutely perfect, and I'm still wearing the  nails 4 weeks later! This place is a hit or miss.... Sometimes great and sometimes not so great. I've been 3 times, sadly only once I walked out 100% happy. (And I'm pretty easy pleased) What I don't understand is how does a Mani/Pedi cost $35. But it's an extra $20 to add gel polish???? ..... That's just ridiculous to me. Yelping this while I sit in the chair getting my pedicure. This is my first time at this salon since I recently moved to the area. This is hands down the BEST pedicure I have ever received in my life. Basic pedicure includes all of the bells and whistles. Heel wax, hot stones, leg scrub, hot towels and the best damn foot massage in the world. Will be a regular here for sure! I used to go to this salon, but I received a card for 20 percent off for my birthday.. I booked an appt for the end of that month,. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and had to reschedule the appt.. I called at least 24 hrs in advance to cancel, and asked the mgr, if I could come the next day and still receive the same discount.. I want to say that this salon is very CLEAN, caring, professional, and friendly..also, $25 for a hot stone and hot wax on my heels pedicure is an amazing price these days !I have never had a problem with infections or reactions using this place either.The last time I went in ; one of the employees used some polish with glitter stars that I had brought in; and used the stars from the polish on EVERY one of my toes; without charging me an extra fee ! that is what I call a nice, personal, caring touch ! also want to mention that they have massage chairs while you are receiving your pedi as well.. .Blissful ! ;) Read Less

Worst manicure ever!  We had an appointment.  When we arrived the place was packed because they accept walk-ins.  Waited half hour after appointment time until we were taken.  Then was rushed through appointment to accommodate the people waiting.  Polish was lumpy and lasted less than 24 hours.  Cuticles were rough.  Questionable sterilization.  Would not go here again. Went to the salon 2 days ago because my nail salon recently closed and I'm trying to find a new place to go. Their technique is very unusual, and very poor quality. The ladies in there were really nice but, I will never go there again. Within 3 hours after leaving there, my nails chip like you wouldn't believe and 6 of them cracked. Very clean and I am thrilled about the manicure/pedicure uniqueness of this salon.  They offer a membership for $5 which is a great idea for those of us who get our nails done regularly.  I had Lilly do my mani/pedi and she was great.  They also incorporate hot stones and other unique things that I have never had the pleasure of receiving on any of my mani/pedi's before.  This is definitely a great nail salon with great service, price and staff.  Referred by a friend and long time customer and wasn't disappointed.  A treat any day of the week! Finally a decent nail salon in the area! I stopped by on a whim and really enjoyed my experience there.I walked in a Saturday and the place was packed. The good news is there was at least 8 employees there to service all the clients and every seat was taken. I like this salon because they do the hot stone pedicures. My lady spent a decent amount of time massaging my feet and calves which is always a plus. Nail color selection was decent as well. I only gave it 4 stars because the decor was really old, and I think the atmosphere could have been better. However, $25 for a pedi, massage chair, foot massage, hot stones, and quick back massage while my nails dry? I'll definitely be back. Read Less

Didn't really enjoy my experience here. My and my daughter went here for a treat and was very disappointed.  I got a pedicure (which was simply okay nothing special lots of smoke and mirror aka oils to disguise shabby technique) and my daughter only got her toenails polished and because my daughter was unhappy with the polish and asked for it to be changed the staff after a group rant in their Asian tongue decided to charge a polish change as a full pedicure.  After a few minutes of clarification they then recalculated the charges and it tallied $50.00...Besides the overpricing for customers who speak up when they are dissatisfied it is clear that I will probably not return and most definitely wont tell my friends about it.......Final thoughts: Over priced for the shabby job and less than relaxing ambiance. Very expensive for nails and not a good product. They have no clue how to do what the customer wants they just do what they want. I'm going back to my normal nail lady. Oh and if your going to get a nail design defiantly do not go here the only reason I gave them a one star I because the give you a have of min massage and you can't give less than that.
