I left a voicemail to reschedule my appt with more than 24 hours of anticipation bc I was fighting the flu, I only left a voicemail because no one picked up the phone. I was called by the Salon the next day to ask if I was coming in and immediately told that I will not get my deposit back, at this point I could care less about my deposit but the principle of the matter is that I did my duty as a customer to call with anticipation, they obviously don't check their voicemail which is pretty uprofessional, what kind of business has a voicemail set-up and doesn't check it??!! At first, I felt like I should be refunded or perhaps it can be used as a credit for my appointment but the way the owner spoke to me and seemed to have cared less about how I felt or leaving a good impression on a first time customer, I knew this place was not for me.....or for anyone that values the importance of customer service. The owner and the person on the phone were rude, inconsiderate and clearly money hungry. They can keep their measly deposit and I'll go elsewhere....there are wayyy too many options for nail salons to go to place that's run like this. They should be ashamed of themselves. Read Less

Please if you can't get an appt with sandy ( which the owner told me was booked for years) don't go I called for an appt they didn't have any for weeks so i made it for my trip to Paris a month away and they call that day to move my appt around. Ok I comply then they put a new nail technician on my nails whose work was horrendous I complained after 4 hours there it looked a mess They stayed maybe someone could fix it in the  morning but I was busy prepping for Paris and pregnant and couldn't imagine going back in the super nail salon breathing in those fumes .... the point is why let someone do nails in your place if you are unsure of their work i showed her a pic of what i wanted and it looked like a kindergartner did my nails. $70 down the drain and the all broker within 2 weeks  their wasn't enough remorse from management for me to ever return please don't waste your time Read Less

Worst experience. Receptionists who picks up the phone including owners husband/ brother will schedule you with whomever they feel like scheduling you with. I requested Sandy and I was told she does not assist anyone who is her first time customer (meaning: it doesn't matter if you are a loyal customer with the nail salon but you must be someone that she has assisted before, if not you are not considered "her customer or the nail salons customer"). This is the reason for small businesses closing. When you have a high customer base you must provide the needs and wants of the customer to make them happy otherwise, they are plenty of other nail salons that will continue to grow and quickly shut you down. Finna nails just lost another customer including others that I know because of their lack of service, capability and knowledge. I make an appointment with someone new. I get charged the full price, even though I previously left a deposit. My nails didn't even last 2 weeks before the nail polish/chrome started chipping off. I still haven't received a refund and everyday I call, someone is "gonna get back to me". I just reported it as fraud to the credit card company, considering I've been waiting for weeks. This establishment is NOT worth the hype. And you can find a talented nail tech elsewhere for half the price, and more professionalism! Read Less

A nail salon that screams "hole in the wall". It's off a Main Street in Passaic and it has a medium size window with a white door. It's street/meter parking as well, but I did notice a small vertical parking spot that didn't have meters. When I walked in it looked pretty small, but really nice. Had a cute flower wall, with fur pillows and seats at the pedicure station, and the manicure table was a high table with high chairs that also had furry pillows. I enjoyed it! The music was good too. This was my first time ever coming here and I've been looking for a really good nail salon. When I had made a reservation they did ask for a $20 deposit just in case you decide to cancel last minute or pull a "no show", but since it was my first time coming they didn't make me put down a deposit. My manicurist I believe was named Anna. She didn't speak English, but luckily a manicurist next to me was able to help translate what I said to her which was very nice and helpful. I was looking to do an acrylic gel set which I had to pay $65 for because of an additional $10 for shape, gel, and design. She did an amaaaazing job! My biggest thing about getting manicures are cleaning up my cuticles and she did a wonderful job. No cuts or hurting me which was also a plus! She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! Great ambiance, everyone is friendly and funny. Clean and professional. My only cons were that is super pricey aaaaand I didn't like that my card info was manually input into a cell phone....there should be a swipe device or chip reader. My nail person Jessica did a phenomenal job and did precise shaping and cutting. If I could give it zero star that's exactly what they would get! Horrible experience even after sending the message that my nails were hurting they did not even care. One of the technicians did horrible job on my nails and the owner didn't even worry or take my thought and consideration after a few days of nail pain I contacted them and nothing was done. I don't understand why they charge for color, shape and to cut down your nails ... asked for coffin nails and maria gave me a square shape, kept telling her I don't like the shape and to file them or cut them to a more coffin look. Of course she never did. For one color, short gel manicure set its not worth $70 for every little thing they charge. They only want you to pay cash now and act funny if you use a card. For all these unnecessary charges i hope my nails don't break/crack... it was an uncomfortable experience for me the chairs you sit in for hours are like the bar chairs no back support and in a busy area no parking so be prepared to walk or pay if your appointment isn't early.Read Less

Gaby just messep my nails, i went there next day to get fix by someone else but the only way to fix it was removing and do it again. This place is overrated​. My appointment was for 430. I received a call stating the nail tech was running behind so my appointment had to be moved to 530. At about 2pm I received another call stating that it would be ok if I come in at my original time. About two hours later I received yet another call asking to come in at 5. I arrive at 5 and sit and wait for an additional hour to be serviced. After finally sitting in the chair it took the nail tech an hour to do my nails(plain no design). Last time coming here. The best nail experience in New Jersey. Never mind the humble location, the service and skill level for reasonable price is unmatched. Owner was warm and friendly and nail technician was simply amazing. I am a critic when it comes to manicure and pedicure. Although the manicure was not perfect, my pedicure was beyond expectation. Being a New Yorker, I am used to a standard which I compromised since moving to NJ. I am happy to announce that this standard has been restored and possibly raised. Kudos to Fiina Nail Lounge... I LOVE Fiina Nail lounge! I go to Jayda for my pedicures and Schanelis for my nails. I walk about 4 miles a day working in NYC and my feet look and feel great thanks to Jayda. Schanelis is SO talented at nails it's amazing. My nails last so long I only have to go once a month. Her nail art skills are beautiful and she's so sweet. Yesterday was my first time there for a filling and pedi, Diana was so friendly and just made me feel comfortable. Geraldine did my pedi she is awesome! If I could give Fiina Nail Lounge a negative star I would. Sandy is highly unprofessional and uneducated. She confirmed an appointment over instagram with me (a new client) at midnight the night before the appointment (I have the DM's to prove all of this) did not mention a deposit. When I went in to the salon she was not there so I was told to wait, after 20 minutes she has the nerve to call one of the nail tech's and tell her that I never made a deposit to hold an appointme...nt. As a new client I was not aware of the deposit policies and even if I was the appointment was scheduled at almost 1:00 am for next day I think she should have been a little more flexible with the deposit policy. I feel she didn't feel like waking up early to be responsible and keep her appointment with me. I messaged her to tell her this was very unprofessional and she continued by telling me if I know how to read? the policy is on her instagram page (one of the many posts I did not look at), no way to speak to a potential client!! hence the uneducated comment. Been going to them since Jan and I have to say my nails haven't looked better. First time I went to them, Gaby did my nails and after that I've been with Mika who I think I'll be sticking with, she's the best, she is friendly and knows her thing. I was her last client on a Friday night and she made sure I was satisfied and happy with my nails before I walked out the door. She's neat, precise and has a good eye for details and design.
