It’s hard to find a good nail salon now a days. I wasn’t so confident walking in because there weren’t many reviews but I’m happy I walked in. The place is clean everyone Seemed so nice. The prices were great and I only waited 5 min. Yolanda did my nails and she did such a great job not only that she’s such a nice person. I felt really comfortable here. The techniques of the nail techs were excellent, but there was a little bit of cleanliness that I would have preferred. For the price you get, I would expect a new file, or a metal file that they clean. I only hope they have an autoclave for their tools! Read Less

EVERYBODY, the staff and owners are simply great. They are all so friendly and welcoming. Whether I make an appointment or not they always take good care of me and anybody else that I bring or refer to them. It is a clean place and the products must be of good quality as I have never had a problem with my nails not lasting long enough. The staff is very professional. I love the way my nails look every time I come to this nail salon. I always get compliments on my nails after getting them done here. There are two reasons why I can't give this salon 5 stars. The first is even if you make an appointment you always have to wait. Like most people I am always on the go; and if I make an appointment at 1:00, I shouldn't have to wait until 1:15 every single time. They should know how long services take and plan accordingly when scheduling appointments. The second reason I am slightly disappointed in this salon is because you can hear the nail technicians talking to each other in Spanish and giggling. I have been to other nail salons that are a little more expensive, but create a quiet and spa like atmosphere. You never know who the nail technicians are talking about it and I think it makes a lot of guests feel uncomfortable. I would rather pay $5 more for a more relaxing and professional environment. Although the quality of the manicures gives this place 5 stars, the other reasons I've listed may deter me from being a regular customer. Read Less

Meh.  Nail color selection but seemed a little dirty.  Decent outcome with my fill, did get burned with the drill.  My biggest complaint was that I had an appt and I had to wait to get a pedi behind other walk ins.  What is the point of an appt.  Don't overload with people knowing you have spots to honor. Just tried a local spot to get a pedicure. Made an appointment and went right in. I requested a gel pedicure since it lasts longer. It's a little pricey at $35, but if it lasts, it's worth it. They have TONS of gel colors to choose from. That's definitely a plus. As far as my entire experience...I am left wanting a little more. I get pedicure for the pampering experience. So I expect to be somewhat spoiled, particularly at a $35 price point! I have to say, I am not completely impressed. My pedicure lasted about 20 minutes, with the majority of the time accounting to painting my toes. At a cost of $35, I still have tons of calluses on the bottom of my feet. I honestly can't stand when I am paying for a pedicure and they don't take care of the calluses. I mean really??? It's not even like I have a lot...just a little on the bottom of my big toe. I think there were not too many colors for regular nails...Also, although the actual person who did my nails was really nice, I do not think the owner was that friendly..I felt little rushed the get my nails dried and the owner was kept looking at me for some reason..even if there r lot of people waiting, you shouldnt rush someone to get there nails dried up... Best nail salon ever. I seriously don't trust any other place, this is my go-to from my hometown. This is the cleanest, friendliest, most amazing nail place I've ever been to. I've read the negative reviews and honestly if you're looking to find the negative in a situation then you'll attract negativity. Horrible and very disgusting place to get nails done. Please DO NOT GO THERE! I went there a few time and I liked it at first then went back to get a fill in, one of the guys there tells me to try a new gel they have cause it's supposed to be better and last longer, we'll i tried it and I ended up getting a FUNGUS on my finger, mind you I've never in my life have I ever gotten a fungus on my fingers before. First time visitor here. Very nice clean place. Watching how the workers maintain the tools after each use is very good for business. The people here are very customer friendly. A lot of customer interaction. That was good to see. Since my other experiences were the opposite. Definitely never seen any place where there were more men then woman nail stylists. And the women customers seem to ask for them by name. This was a busy place today here. But the get t them in and out in good timeNice place. Clean establishment. Don't see what the big deal is about this place. The girl doing my pedicure was so concerned she'd accidentally look up my midi-dress, she wouldn't get close enough to pay attention to details. One of the owners had to come over to fix cuticles she was obviously ignoring, and the girl that did my manicure commented on the color being too light and had to gave me an extra TWO coats (to match my hands) before I left. Moving on to the gel mani, I was impressed at first, but by day 3 noticed bubbling and peeling on 2 nails. It's now been a week and I have chips or peeling on almost every nail. Came here after work for a quick manicure and pedicure. They had a special going on for a weekday which I always appreciate. Not a great selection of colors, no new or recently released Essie or OPI. If you can get past that, my regular mani lasted almost a full week with no chips! I was impressed. I'll be sure to try here again and see if it was luck or the stylists! Read Less

Pretty nails is s great place with talented employees, they bring personality to this nail salon. It's always a pleasure to walk in. You get s sense that they really remember what you like and how you like it. Nothing is lost in translation like many other salons.My nails always looks amazing for a good two to three weeks depending on my abuse on my nails during work. It's easy maintaining pretty nails in my line of work.  They go through extreme abuse.I would definitely recommend to have Yolanda do your nails. She is absolutely the BEST!! Read Less

Are these reviews a joke? I was quite excited to try this place for gel manicure with all the good reviews.But my technician was very sloppy and he had the dryest roughest hands ever. Not to mention he has bandaids on his fingers which i really think it got in the way of the work.I'm a bit annoyed at the result- it's extremely thick and the edges are already peeling and so sloppy. I only get my nails done on special occasions and i'm not hard to please- but lets be real. This is very bad and unsatisfying.The people were friendly so feel bad for leaving a negative review but definitely do not recommend. Read Less

The only nail salon I go to! I loveee pretty nails & spa! It's super clean! They are friendly, accommodating and extremely professional! Everyone is cheery and so welcoming! The staff is hilarious! They close at 7:00pm NOT 7:30pm and they lock the doors at 6:40pm. With that being said, their pedicures are amazing. I had a regular gel pedicure last Thursday and I am so pleased with it. Although the nail tech did not understand English, she was so thorough and we were able to communicate enough so that I left with a perfect pedi. The place is clean. Finally found a decent nail place close to work! They even had a matte top coat gel polish which I've found a lot of places don't carry. I am a huge fan of this place. I thought the nail place by my house was the one for me but after a while I kept seeing little mistakes here and there. I am happy to move onto better things which is this nail salon. Great location for me since it's on my way home from work. The review on here had me on my toes but I have not yet received nothing but the best from this place. I've been here now about 6-7 times and been happy with the result for each one. I normally get gel manicure here. Only got the pedicure once. The gel they have here lasts a full two weeks which is shocking since I am really rough with my hands and nails. They apply enough polish to make the nail strong. My nails chip and break for any little thing, but with this gel they actually stay in tact. They have so many nice colors also! Another plus here is that they use a disposable plastic liner for the pedicure stations which is so sanitary ! First time ever seeing that. I just recently got the uv gel tips which so far are wonderful. It's been two weeks and they have not chipped or lost color yet. The service is great. Always greeted with a Hello.
