Stay away from this dirty place my friends. This place was disgusting. There was toe nails and dead skin in my pedicure bath. Gross. And when I told the lady she said oh no it's not and wiped it down and continued to tell me it was clean. I wish I could post the pic I took after she said it was clean. You can check Facebook. The worst experience I have ever had in a " nail salon " ever. Let me start off by saying that the workers are rude, unintelligent and ignorant. Came in for a simple fill-in and came out with all of my nails a different shape & size. This place is over priced and have never experiences worse customer service. I hope that the consumer affairs comes here and see's the filth and poor management of this place. If I could I would give them no stars at all, because they don't even deserve a single one. Service was OK, however I observed that the shop was dirty, un-organized. Two young high-school children were helping doing pedicures, which I wasn't thrilled with. In walked the ladies family members and all began eating in back room.. what was most bothersome was they had a plastic bag of whole peanuts that needed to be shelled. All were eating, then came out without washing hands began working on a client.. suppose the client was allergic to peanuts? While they all were in back room, new clients would walk up to make appointments - no one there to help them! Ladies never seem to know how to do a design, or willing to offer. Always was satisfied here. Never had to wait too long. They all know what they are doing, and place seems pretty clean for being inside a Walmart. And even next to a restaurant - Stewarts. Not a bad place at all and I feel the prices are very reasonable and fair. Read Less

Walked in after making an appointment on the phone. Salon is empty and only two workers there doing nothing, one of them barely speaks English and the other doesn't speak English at all. They both kind of tossed me back and forth to each other....walked right out of there without saying a word. Weird place with a weird vibe. Read Less

I used to go here for years without a problem awesome prices and quality work. But that is not the case anymore. You NEVER disagree with a customer, I work with the public and even I know this is common sense. I was given an attitude and my displeasure was doubted to the fullest. Poor cheap service. No massage in pedicure. Not much scrubbing or exfoliating. Pedicure service poor . No bowl of water n cloth offered to cleanse hands. Had to go wash in sink. Didn't feel pamper , felt like I was begging for service. And the Asian girl keep saying she won't do nails in future. She needs a lot of improvements if she want to keep doing it part-time! I had my first gel manicure and pedicure here. I was late for my appointment so I had to wait for 25 mins for my turn. But once it started it was okay. I asked if I can choose colors and was then given shade card. Post that I asked what is difference in regular and gel manicure then I was told the price difference, while I wanted to know the technical difference. Anyhow, I am pretty sure I said regular and then fell back to relax. Massage was okay but I have had better pedicures. She painted my nails with what looked like gel nail polish but As it was my first time I ignored. Then she did manicure with same color. When I was asked to pay the price of gel manicure/pedicure I was surprised. Still I paid. Its not perfect and I can see my nails on tips which should be closed. Read Less

Never again! I went to wal mart for few things and I decided to get a gel manicure and it is horrible!! Don't like it at all!but that how it is when u pay cheap! Absolutely terrible! I just got my nails done 4 days ago always 4 nails are chipped. I've never ever had this happen until I came here. And she still had the nerve to charge me for gel .. $18 when I brought my own gel polish in. And this is the same polish I use constantly and in many shops and nothing has ever happened. In addition. To that she basically filed down my entire fill in. So basically I paid 16$ for a fill in with less acyric than I had come in with that morning. I will never and could never even think of recommending this place to anyone. The only half upside to this is i just called to complain since I'm sick of every day being a whole nail down. He asked if I wanted to come in to Fix it. But than I thought wtf they are going to end up charging me again. For low class nails I'll stay away I pay alot of money for my nails. Sadly enough the next time I only have a hour an 20 minutes to do my nails. I'd rather go to a simple mall instead. I did not think the salon was clean,I felt that the nail tech had rushed, was not happy with the nail design she did and thought it was ridiculous to charge an extra $15 for it. I would not recommend this place. Read Less
