I'm not sure who are these people who leave reviews here as this place is disgusting, filthy. I called in for a regular Mani and pedi, after work. There was this lady who was doing someone else's nails and the guy watching something on IPad. He asked me to sit down , had a face on, and I'm not a rude person but he had the most rough hands with disgusting nails. He himself needed a manicure badly. But I was 10 minutes in already so stayed until he started cleaning the excess polish with his 2 inch dirty thumb nail . That nail was disgusting to watch let alone you are putting it under my nail ...yucks. I confronted him and he got mad as if I'm making a fuss about nothing. I just needed to file my nails as they are short and clear polish. I had to leave because nothing was sterilized, I had to request to sanitize the clipper with alcohol as he pulled a box of instrument from the drawer and started using it on my nails. I totally loved how my nails came out after I had them done at a higher end place. David was gentle and took his time to craft my nails into a natural healthy nail look. Went in to get a manicure, and the girl used a electric file to get my no chip nail polish off damaging it. Now my nails are all ridged , bumpy. Naive me didn't realized at first what was going on as this was my first time getting a no chip nail polish off which is similar to gel. She tried a nail polish remover at first but then used the electric filer. She freaking damage my nails, now I have to wait for it to regrow n smooth out . Will post the pics. The place is also not kept clean. I will definitely not recommend this place. Waste of money and time! Read Less

I was recommended to this place several times.. Came here once before and was there for 3 hours getting a full set! They didn't do an awful job so I decided a year or so later to give it a try... This time I waited 2 hours! Be sure when you come here that you have your whole day to sit and wait for your nails as they help out 6 other guests because they only have two people on staff.. The owners also bring their child who is climbing all over his parents as they try to do your nails (hence why mine are all bloody still..) they also told me it was going to be $25.00 but they charged me for $35.00... I have been going to Princess Nails since they first opened a few years ago and simply LOOOOOOOOOOVE this place!  Even after moving about a half an hour away and having a TON of other places to choose from, I STILL choose to go back to Princess Nails.  They do great work for a great price, while providing excellent customer service.  I have turned on several of my friends to this place and will recommend it any chance I get.  :-D Read Less
