I was just at this place first time ever, i asked if the wait was long they guy up front told me no; so i decided to wait, after 15 min I was sat on the pedi cgair , I thought "great no too long"... then I was waiting for almost an 1 when i decided to get up and leave since they took 2 people that came in after me. I was going to them for about at least two years the owner Tony is a very nice guy but he charges a lot of money and he charges a different price each time even if you get the same exact design with same exact nails. My nails kept breaking and so has my mothers and it was only less than two weeks. I had told him about it and he would tell us it’s because of the hot water. so we would stop using hot water and it would still happen but they put Nail polish remover or water Into the nail polish bottles. So they don’t have to keep going out and buying them. so that is why our nails are chipping and breaking. If you were to go to them Tony would perhaps be the cheapest but even he came charge a lot sometimes Mimi is very good with designs but she charges a lot of money. It is a very nice nail salon but I’m not gonna pay money for nails I keep breaking because they decide to not want to go out and buy nail polish. so I have to come back and pay more money I go to the A different nail salon and theres a lady in particular my neighbor goes to her and she has very long nails beautiful nails and the designs are different designs each and every time she goes and she gets charge the same price. keep looking for my name and my comments and you will find out where I go it is very cheap and reasonable. I went in to remove a gel manicure and have a regular manicure done. The space is clean and the staff are friendly. They do have good products from what I saw. However the woman who did my nails did not feel it necessary to take off all of the gel on my natural nail before she painted over it. After she was done and had me sit in the drying area, she just sat in a pedicure chair on her phone. I really did not find that appropriate. After my nails dried you could see all of the bumps and ridges that were left. I will not be back. Read Less

I have been here thrice in the last 3 years and they have never failed to disappoint me. NEVER ! Rude, fast (not in a good way) and really poor customer service. They are interested in you only if you wan to do gel, which they screw up royally. If you don't want to spoil your day avoid this nail parlor. The quality of service is very poor. The place charges $32 for regular mani-pedi which includes $2 extra for putting plastic sheet on the pedi sink. Really!??? Cleanliness is your problem and I shouldn't have to pay extra for that. The lady who did my nails chatted more w others. She barely cleaned my cuticles and just doing a fast job. she asked me several times if I wanted Gel for extra $8-10. I had to say NO - 5 times before she got pissed and rushed me out of there even faster. I don't mind paying $32 but this place doesn't deserve my business since I get poor quality for the high price. One of the worst nail salon you can ever find in this area. Bad job they can do any thing but nails. The guy who is the owner is very nasty. He will tell price before he starts your nails and he will ask for higher price when done. And he also force you to leave tip and the amount you have to he is a Money hunger. This place is so bad. Tried it once about 6 months ago and vowed to never go back. Found myself there today as it was on my way home. The guy who did my pedicure was so rough and ended up stabbing me with the cuticle cutters. I was bleeding from it. I was so tense the whole time from this guy man handling my feet and toenails. Butchered my nail polish, cut my nails way too short, then literally just tapped my leg at the end and said "go dry". Didn't help me walk over, didn't rub my shoulders, didn't even turn on the fan for me. Didn't say a word to me after that, just moved on to man handle the next woman's feet. Do yourself a favor and find a better place that will make sure your nails are done right with some type of customer service. I stopped by here since I'm on vacation and wanted to treat myself. Wrong move!The man that was at the front was rude and disrespectful.  I am Vietnamese and could understand everything they said, but did not tell them I can speak it just to see what they do.  The man started yelling at a lady because she told them she was waiting too long and then turns to his coworkers to bad mouth her and how she needs to just sit there and wait.  Then I hear the technicians talk about one of the customers and how they've cut her so bad (to the point her skin bleeds) three times and she still comes back. The other review was correct. If you don't have an appointment they just throw you in a chair and leave you there.  The customers that did have an appointment came in to this man yelling at them "what time is your appointment? What do you need? Oh we don't have time for all of that today."For the store: you need to learn about customer service and don't treat your customers like they're a burden on you.  Last time I checked, the customers are the ones that keep you in business.For those that did get their nails done, they were not done well at all.After sitting there for 40 minutes with no one saying a word to me, I just got up and left. Came in for a manicure, after waiting for 15 minutes I left. They were busy but could have told me how long the wait was going to be. Usually Sunday's aren't busy.I was here 2 weeks ago, and had a manicure & pedicure done. It was better than most salons in the area. The staff is very nice but they don't know what they're doing. I've tried this place a few times but after this time I won't be returning. It's only been 1 week since I got my gel manicure and my polish is already half chipped. They started chipping the very next day but I was out of state so couldn't go back.  Today as I'll let my nails are half chipped. Find another place,  dont waste your time and money. Terrible terrible experience. I came in for a full set acrylic and a pedicure. My pedicure was half done I could seen streaks in the polish and my nails looked nothing like the picture I showed shape wise. The technician repeatedly insisted on coming up with every excuse in the book for her sad excuse of nails. I never complain when I get my nails done. But she was seriously going to have me walking around in crooked stubby nails. I expressed my concern to the "manager' and I still had to pay for nails I had to have cut off. I went here a few times, the first time I wanted coffin shaped nails and the lady did a sloppy job, she didn't understand the shape. The next time I went, a man, I don't remember his name, fixed the shape to perfection however I needed a fill in in about a week. I recently went to this place for a gel manicure and I was disappointed. Initial nail shaping, filing etc. was fine but the guy turned UV light a few minutes before my nails were ready to dry. My nails were burning and I mentioned that to the guy doing my manicure. He said it was normal, I know that's not normal as it doesn't happen anywhere else. Also, he didn't massage my figures or anything. Some lady before me was complaining about not using hot towel, so he used hot towel for me but the whole experience wasn't worth the money. Read Less

A littttle pricey. But it's clean and in a good spot. They were quick with getting me seated and doing the job. Excellent quality. The womab doing my nails didn't talk to me much - which is good because I'm quiet and I'm bad at the small talk. Some people may not like this, though. But she was also very nice. Sge shaped my nails a little weird though. They took their time explaining the different options and their benefits, cons, and such. My mom is really picky and had a great experience and said she had a nice conversation. We all got gel and each one was great. The only bad thing was my aunt's nails were an iridescent nail color, so one of her nails showed a weird wave in it. She also got two small bubbles which they couldn't fix - we talked to the manager and he redid them right away. Ask for Tang. Love her! She is great! I'm very picky about my nails needing to look natural and she did a beautiful job! She soaked off the acrylic and started new with crystal gel. She was very helpful and patient with me as I decided between my options. Tang is so friendly. I felt like I hung out with a friend for an hour. The business does not allow tips on your credit card and there isn't an ATM inside so bring cash for the tip. Read Less

Just horrible!! They talked me into getting a fill. I had every intention of actually getting my nails taken off. The guy was on his phone the entire time, if not talking he was texting. He missed the sides of my nails and I had to tell him to go back and paint them. At one point, he was on his phone and he pushed my hand back instead of telling me to put it back in the UV light thing. Yes.. This nail salon is beautiful and i was so excited to go in my first time and check it out after seeing the previous reviews but I am so upset at the service i got. The guy that did my nails had no clue what he was doing ( i know this because ive been getting my nails done for years now) he couldnt even file my nails. I spent an hour and a half for a FILL IN  and what i walked out with was a horrible experience and messy looking nails. When i confronted the owner about it as i paid (and yes i actually paid) i had told him, kindly, that he should really make sure his workers know what they are doing before having clients sit in their chair. He looked at my nails (again i posted my pic) and he said that they were fine and tried to hush me up so that noone would hear instead of actually offering to fix them. He told me to come back in a few weeks so that he can do them. In all honesty- when i looked at the service everyone else got it i could see why their reviews would be nice. What a shame.
