Amazing salon offering wonderful treatments! Lovely and friendly staff, very welcoming! I had a man's facial by Jessica it was unbelievable made an improvement to my skin and felt amazing after! Definitely would recommend and will be back very soon.

This review is for anyone that finds this nail salon via instagram.
Good nails service and very sweet owner but not worth the price you pay or the time it takes. I gave the nail artist a few(4) tries to really give her a chance and not let one or two sets be the judge but I never got my moneys worth. she does not clean up your cuticles and my nails were always all different sizes, crooked, and sloppy once or twice. It takes at least 2 hours for a fill in at this salon and its 45$ and up. The only time I was satisfied with my nails was the last visit... when I cleaned up my own cuticles and filed them to the shape I wanted prior to going to the salon.
I showed up for one of my appointments and she had double booked, she even texted me to ask if I was coming in but never mentioned she had another client. I wasted my time driving all the way to the salon just to leave and come back and my nails were rushed anyway.
good nails service and friendly staff but not worth the 45$ and up prices. you can get your nails done at the same quality but less time and money at any other salon.

I loved everything about my experience here! First, the staff is professional, very welcoming and fun. Secondly, the salon itself is super cute and CLEAN which I loved. Last but not least, my nails look amazing! I showed Takia an IG pick for inspiration and she exceeded my expectations! I definitely will be a regular and would recommend to anyone looking for something different then just another generic nail salon 😊

I love going to heavenly beauty, was apprehensive to go to a new salon when my previous one closed down but I needn't have worried as the staff are very experienced and Nancy makes going there fun, I go regularly for treatments now, waxings, pedicures, facials I wouldn't go anywhere else! And the prices are very reasonable, I trust Nancy and I know she uses the best products and sends her staff on the best training courses .

Just had the worse massage ever! After a stressful week I was so in need of this massage so tensed thought I'd leave feeling relaxed! Nope ! After saying apply firm pressure several times the therapist did nothing just carried on ! Iv been here before with another therapist she was really good but this young girl never had a clue ! So I complained to the owner was told she's fully qualified and I'm just to stressed wtf ! Just cause she's qualified don't mean she's experienced!!! Never got offered money of or a compliment treatment nothing ! Just told to next time book with owner ! Don't worry love won't be a next time !! Waste of time ! Oh well live and learn !!!!

I walked in at quarter to 6 and the owner was very kind and was able to squeeze me in for a full set before her next appointment. I didn't have to wait long but in the future, I will definitely make an appointment. It was a very nice atmosphere and clean environment. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer many other beauty services and it is a black owned business! I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of work.

Had a spray tan- what a complete waste of money!! £25 !! It Didn't develop and when I contacted Nancy the manager she wasn't prepared to offer any form of compensation!! I was very disappointed as it was just before I went on holiday and it looked a complete mess. Avoid this place as they are very quick to take your cash but very poor customer service. Never ever had to write negative feedback about anything before!!! Such a shame.

This review is for anyone that finds this nail salon via instagram.
Good nails service and very sweet owner but not worth the price you pay or the time it takes. I gave the nail artist a few(4) tries to really give her a chance and not let one or two sets be the judge but I never got my moneys worth. she does not clean up your cuticles and my nails were always all different sizes, crooked, and sloppy once or twice. It takes at least 2 hours for a fill in at this salon and its 45$ and up. I didn't have to wait long but in the future, I will definitely make an appointment. It was a very nice atmosphere and clean environment. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer many other beauty services and it is a black owned business! I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of work.

Had a spray tan- what a complete waste of money!! £25 !! It Didn't develop and when I contacted Nancy the manager she wasn't prepared to offer any form of compensation!!
