Hidden gem! The staff here is so lovely. They look their time with my gel manicure and were very patient when I couldn't decide what color I wanted. They also let you bring a bottle of wine to share with girlfriends which was so lovely and they were so accommodating letting us all sit together so we could sip and chat. I go here all the time because it's super close to my office. They are nice, professional and FAST! I love being able to go for a pedicure on my lunch break. They have a good color selection and some of the staff do a great job with gel manicures. There are definitely some better than others - if you're going for a gel call ahead and ask them to make an appointment with whoever they think does the best gel. Read Less

Not my first time at iSpa, but definitely my last. I had been to iSpa a few times in 2015 for acrylic nails and always loved my results- natural looking and overall well done. Almost three weeks ago, I came in to get a new set since I had just come home from college and desperately needed nails. I cannot remember my tech's name but she did a HORRIBLE job. She was rough, rushed, and the acrylic was so thick that I had received questions from friends about why they looked the way they did. I had gel polish put on... three coats which was one too many (the third peeled in a day on my left thumb). Unfortunately, they looked even worse as they grew out. Dont have a photo because they simply werent photo worthy and I only thought to review after my new set from a different salon.Just got a new set from Brio in Marlton and they were amazing! waste of money . I went there for mani and pedi .She did not even soak my finger nails for 1 minute and nipped too much of my cuticle . Skin around the cuticles started tearing . she did not clean my feet . I didn't understand what she was doing .Very bad experience .Never going back there. Read Less

This place is cool, I came here this past weekend to get my nails done. The workers are friendly but I don't think that they use the best materials. As soon as you come in they do offer you a free beverage and try to engage in conversation with you which is good. Also the customers are very nosey. Almost too nosey. It's like they can sense you're a newbie!! I couldn't even relax and get my nails done without being asked 1 million questions by the lady next to me. But overall not a bad experience! Read Less

I've been coming here for the past several months now for pedicures. It is conveniently located on route 73, close to 295/nj turnpike/Fellowship Road. Their hours are a bit more convenient than the place I used to frequent. They do an excellent job and have an wide array of colors to chose from. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Got a french gel mani/pedi done today with my mom. Tina and Trang were great! She did the lines just how i like them, not too thin. A little rough on the cuticles but the finish looked amazing. I do feel badly leaving only 2 stars as the girl that did my pedicure a few days ago was very very sweet. The reason for my low review has nothing to do with her personality, but the fact I paid $45 for the top pedicure and really felt like even though they added some extra steps Like the paffarin and hot towel, she definitely did not exfoliate me enough, ( my feet are still rough) and for all that extra money I paid I definitely didn't get my moneys worth in massage and the Polish is not done well. I was expecting her to take her time with each step, instead I felt like the massage was definitely rushed (5 minute total massage for both feet). She did not use the cheese grater on my feet and hardly touched my feet with the pumice block. She had a nice touch for the massage if she actually took her time with it. When I got home and got a closer look at my feet, the Polish is all crooked and doesn't look even and pretty around the edges. I'm not really sure why I can't find a nail tech that can do a pedicure that actually includes a lengthy massage. I paid extra money because the girl said extra time on the massage. I guess normally it's a 2 minute total massage, and for the $45 pedicure it's a 5 minute total. Very, very disappointed. I should have said something when I was there but I was so tired and felt badly cause the girl said she hasn't been there for very long. Sadly, I do not plan on ever going back. I will not waste my hard earned money on a pedicure my husband probably would done a better job at. They were very nice there, but that is only part of it. You have to do an amazing job too! I've only gotten my fingernails painted once before, so I didn't have too much to compare to, but iSpa and Nails left me feeling pretty happy about my french (foot) polish change.  Walk-ins and appointments are welcome, so they are very flexible.  I had come with some other ladies, my grandmother who got a pedicure, my aunt who got a manicure, and my sister who got a color change on her hands.  We all got french polish changes, which does cost a little extra but is totally worth it.They started my grandmother's manicure right away, and I didn't have to wait too long before they got my color change going.  I was happy with how my nails came out.  The people there are nice, but don't really make too much conversation.  If you're going with a bunch of people, expect to be there for quite some time, and separated if you're doing manicures and pedicures. I absolutely love coming to iSpa and Nails. I went for the first time a few weeks ago and requested Srey after hearing a ton of great reviews about her here. She exceeded my expectations. I was seated in her chair seconds after arriving and offered a complimentary drink. As she was doing my nails she was very engaging and also educated me on different tools/tips that were important to nail care. I love the fact that they have a plethora of nail decor options. I love changing my nails up and adding fun things to them and this salon keeps their products current. The only thing I don't like is that they clean their tools off with alcohol and reuse them. I'm a germaphobe and I wish the used sanitized tools out the pack. Other than that, they are great and I recommend Srey to my friends! Read Less

My friend who is a regular swore by them. She consistently had great experiences and her gel manicures lasts 3+ weeks so I had to give them a try. I got a pedicure by Peter and my friend got both a pedicure and gel manicure by Tina.Unlike other nail places I have been too,  they were very nice and social with us. Also what set them apart was offering a drink when being seated. My pedicure was great. Peter took his time and was very efficient.After my friend got her pedicure she moved on to her manicure. After applying the color on her first finger, Tina noticed it was a tad lighter than the pedicure color.  Tina walked away for a moment and came back and tried another color which matched perfect. No other place I know would care enough to bring it up themselves and fix it without the customer bringing it up themselves.Price was good too. Pedicure was around $25 and gel approx $38. Wonderful gel manicure and pedicure. Came in with a friend to treat ourselves to a day of pampering before NYE. Was impressed by great selection of the latest OPI gel collection and Cuccio gel. Great selection of regular polishes and sparkle topcoats as well.Complimentary drink was a nice touch as well.Generally quiet, relaxing atmosphere and polite staff.
