absolutely horrible customer service. went there for an 11 o’clock appointment for pedicures and manicures with my mom and friend in preparation for my wedding tomorrow. they had us all sit at the pedicure chairs, then two ladies helped my friend and i. meanwhile my mom is waiting. then our pedicures were done and they took us over to get our nails done while my mom was still waiting for someone to help her with a pedicure. an hour and fifteen minutes after our appointment and my mom is still waiting in the chair to have someone help her. She finally left and no one seemed to care. Don’t let us make an appointment for 11 if you can’t help us at 11. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful.

I am a regular here. Moved into town last summer and searched for a good place with techs who are detail oriented and very skilled. Called lots of places asking questions. These guys were happy to chat and made me feel comfortable booking an appt. I was very impressed my first visit with the staff. They’re all super friendly and very well versed in their profession. I haven’t seen a single less than premium result from anyone in the salon. Their prices are perfect and I honestly cannot complain about anything. They’re so good that they can get busy so call ahead!

I have been going to the owner of this shop for over 5 years now and I followed her to Mt. Holly even though I live in Hamilton. I am willing to travel because I know my nails will always be done right and exactly how I want them! The nail techs in this shop are up to date with all the current trends within the nail industry and can handle any request you have! I would never go anywhere else!!!! Plus, it feels like you're hanging out with your girlfriends when you go!

The acrylic job they did was really nice. Except I asked for Gel and was Charged a gel full set. If I ask for gel and don't get it at least charge me for the acrylic set. I spent more than 20 dollar...
The acrylic job they did was really nice. Except I asked for Gel and was Charged a gel full set. If I ask for gel and don't get it at least charge me for the acrylic set. I spent more than 20 dollars extra and still tipped. I went to get my nails filled somewhere else because I only got my nails done a week ago and it already chipped. I will not be going back here.

I am a regular here. Moved into town last summer and searched for a good place with techs who are detail oriented and very skilled. Called lots of places asking questions.
