Customer service is terrible. Walked in at 6:50pm for a manicure and the place wasn't busy. Stood at the door looking around for a while until I asked, "are you open for a manicure?" The staff looked at each other and murmured something about "No, everyone's busy." They've done this to me before where they've rushed my manicure and I've walked out of the salon with the person locking up. Their $27 pedicure ($25 if you pay cash) is a little high in price, but it's worth the extra few bucks for all they do. From the stone massage to the hot wax, it never felt rushed like the way it often feels in other small salons. Overall a great experience, will definitely be back. Read Less

I used to love this place but it's going downhill. I was there 2 hours ago and my nails are a disaster. I actually had to take the nail polish off and re paint them myself. She insisted on putting on 2 coats of top coat and they nails bubbled and looked awful. On the other hand my pedicure looks great! No ac and flies were everywhere! Read Less

This salon is right by my apt so I would LOVE to give this more than one star but unfortunately, I cannot. Upon entering the salon everything feels very chaotic which is the opposite of how I want to feel when I get my nails one. When you pick out a nail polish, they are all about half full (or empty) and look like they have not been used/shaken in quite some time. When you go to get a pedicure, they have liners (giant shower caps) around the tub and you think, "Hey this must be really sanitary" but it is not. After every customer they wring out the liner and put it back in the tub. After getting 2 pedicures in this salon, I have fungus under my big toe on my right foot. Went here for the first time- overall experience was pretty standard for a nail salon. I paid $82 for UV gel nails/tips (they don't do acrylic here) with gel polish on top. T heir technique of applying the gel seemed to be pretty sloppy; I was left with nails that looked slightly bulbous near the tips, and some other imperfections that I'm sure no one but me (or the nail technician) would notice. The main reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is that one of my nails was lifting after only 4 days. A few more started lifting around the 1 week mark and at 12 days one of my nails even POPPED OFF. I've been wearing tips, acrylics, gels, etc for years and the only reason this should happen so quickly is due to sub par service. Definitely never going back here again. Read Less

Great choice for a nail salon.  I enjoyed my mani pedi and love their special touches. They put hot stones between your toes and do a hot stone leg massage which is unique and soothing. The aloe and lotion hand massage is a treat when you get a pedicure but the shoulder rub with the warm pack is divine.Viva Nails has a nice selection of colors and a friendly and helpful staff.  Recommend!
