MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STAT AWAY IF YOU DONT WANNA BE RIPPED OFF!!would of given this place a ZERO star if it gave me the option. I had my manicure done The for the first and last time. The girl was extremely rude and inexperienced.i asked for a manicure with acrylic tips. for fifty dollars. The girl took the nail polish and start painting it on my nails I told her I wanted acrylic tips and she said that’s 80 dollars. I told her that’s not what I wanted and I’m not paying 80 dollars when u originally said $50. She got pissed at me and said what do you need aryclic tips for ? Huh??
I should of just walked out at that moment but the damage was already done. The process was Extremely rushed and careless. She literally wasn’t even looking when she painted my nails once . No top coat or anything!! there were gaps and missing spots everywhere. It literally looked like a 3 yr old painted them! And it was $50 !! Horrible experience! People like them shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The ladies were really sweet, being really helpful even though I made the appointment on such short notice. They helped me choose colors to match my outfit I was wearing that night. My gel lasted longer than a solid two weeks. I give it a two thumbs up for a jersey experience!

There were 3 ladies who were finishing up with other customers. So wait time if 45 mins was not justified. I am not going there again.

Horrible experience! The young lady that is doing my pedicure is acting like she doesn't even want to be here. Then another woman asked the lady at the front desk to do my nails and clearly she didn't have anyone else's nails that she was doing and told her NO I'm BUSY! I'm don't understand what the problem is but I WILL NOT be getting my nails done today. After she finishes my feet I will never spend another DIME IN THIS PLACE!!! Poor service, and poor customer service! Last time I was here the owner was in, this place ran smoothly and it didn't take three hours for an hour job. These woman are horrible!!!!

Got a gel manicure, and it was great! Loved their color selection, the woman doing my nails was very nice and did a great job. They also use an electric file to remove my old gel, which I really think helps keep my nails healthier, as opposed to other places that manually file down and scrape off the old gel. Would definitely come here more often if I lived closer.

My mom, sister and I have been getting our nails done here for years. Their technicians are all very accommodating and always try to squeeze you in even when they are busy. My mom and I go to Nicole who is a very experienced nail technician and is very attentive to detail. she always does an such an amazing job! She picks out fun and trendy colors for me and I love chatting with her while she works in them :) While my sister frequently sees Angela who is always so nice and does everything from waxing to mani/pedis.I also really enjoy their pedicures which are always relaxing and it's worth it to pay extra and get more massage time if your feet are particularly sore. Overall the salon is well maintained and they have a lot of color options, lots of sparkly options too which I love. It's in a great location with lots of parking and has been our family's go-to spot for nails, Love this place!

Having been to quite a few spas around the world, this experience stood out as wonderful. It's the little touches and things they do that make you wonder why no one else had thought of that before. I was spontaneously looking for a treat to myself and that is exactly what I got. I was very well looked after and shall return. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

I went to Village nails last week for a regular manicure. Brought my own brand new Essie nail polish so I could touch up as needed. Manicure itself was good. HOWEVER...I went today..a week later to a different salon and when they took my polish off I was mortified to find out I had fungus all over my nails on 4 of my 5 fingers on my right hand and 1 on my left. I will never be returning again. I always get manicures and have never had this happened to me. The new salon I went to were so nice but the infection is so deep they couldn't even file it away.

Awful! The lady literally did my pedicure in 17 minutes, she rushed so fast. When she painted my toes there was so much nail polish on my skin and barely any on my nail. I asked her to even the nail polish out and she looked at me like I was crazy. She ended up putting so much nail polish on my nail making it thick and took forever to actually dry. Never coming back again.

I'm surprised with such poor reviews! I've been coming here for about 2 years and have generally always had good experiences. I never make appointments, sometimes I'll call ahead but usually I just walk in, and I've never had an issue or a super long wait. They are open on Sunday's and later in the evening too, great for when I've been working crazy hours. Generally everyone who works here does a good job. There are 2 manicurists I generally try to avoid, I just feel like their work is as good as some of the others, but no real complaints. I love their pedicures with the hot towels, stones, and paraffin all included as part of a regular pedicure. Good selection of colors in regular and gel polish as well.

Rude staff and over priced. Apparently I'm not alone: the other women next to me voiced their opinions. I tend to let things go in-person and just express myself on yelp. No sense in speaking up when they're just going to complain about you in a foreign language. I'd rather warn other customers to stay away than try to explain customer service to a staff that just doesn't care. Everyone has a bad day, but this isn't the first time I've had rude service here. There are better places in the area to get mani/pedi's for cheaper.

OUCH!!! I have never had such a painful manicure. I went with a bridal party and would never go back. I had gel nail polish on and they made it feel like it was such a chore for them to remove and replace- this is a nail salon right? Isn't this what you do!!?! The manicurist was rough and rushed the whole time. She took a file to remove the gel polish from my toe and rubbed my skin so raw that it bled and hurt to wear shoes. I would never go back after such an unpleasant experience. Nail salons should be fun and relaxing =/

I went in for a pedicure first and the water was way too hot but overall not a bad pedicure. I went to get French manicure tips and they pushed for the gel tips. And when I mean pushed they would drive down the price for me to get them and it was still very expensive ($$$)!!!!!! I agreed only because I thought it would look better than the regular acrylic tips. I was very wrong! They were rude the entire time doing the manicure, the white part of the French manicure the corners on some of the nails start all the way to my cuticle!! They're uneven, chunky and my cuticles were bleeding! Probably the most painful manicure I had. I am NEVER going back there again!!!!!!

Apparently it's because the oil will make it so the gel doesn't stick...this is why you have your client wash their hands. I detest the fact that I just got a manicure without my cuticles being maintained first. $40 wasted.

Decent place for a mani/pedi. Just went with my mum and we only had to wait 15 minutes to get it done together in the early afternoon on a Tuesday. Mani/pedi for one person was only $35 which is a decent price for this area. Amazing pedicure area - nice massage chairs and they use hot stones and nice foot/leg scrubs and bath salts (and we just got the regular pedicures! - nothing extra or fancy). The guy I had was a little flirty and asked some personal questions (like how much my bag cost - to which I blew him off and said it was a gift) but other than that, it's a decent, calm place to get your nails done for a good price.

Should've checked here first! They were 'ok'. My nails are uneven. The nails on one hand are shorter than the other. Whatever. So anyway I got my nails done 2 weeks ago in NC. I got UV gel tips. When I told this place it was UV gel she looks at my nails and says no they are acrylic. What do I know about nails but I'm pretty sure they were UV gel, but because she said they were acrylic, she did the fill in with acrylic. Again, whatever. So after the fill in, they send me to a different girl to finish filing and paint. This girl now tells me how I should've gotten Uv gels because they are better for your nails than acrylic and suggests the next time I go I should have these tips taken off completely and have a brand new set of UV gels done. WTF?! I wanted uv gel fill in to begin with!

Got a gel manicure, and it was great! Loved their color selection, the woman doing my nails was very nice and did a great job. They also use an electric file to remove my old gel, which I really think helps keep my nails healthier, as opposed to other places that manually file down and scrape off the old gel. This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The manicurist worked so quickly she cut two of my fingers to the point of bleeding. The polish was also sloppily done and was removed the moment I got home. I strongly advise any potential customers to go to another salon.

Rude staff and over priced. Apparently I'm not alone: the other women next to me voiced their opinions. I tend to let things go in-person and just express myself on yelp. No sense in speaking up when they're just going to complain about you in a foreign language. I'd rather warn other customers to stay away than try to explain customer service to a staff that just doesn't care. Everyone has a bad day, but this isn't the first time I've had rude service here. There are better places in the area to get mani/pedi's for cheaper.

OUCH!!! I have never had such a painful manicure. I went with a bridal party and would never go back. I had gel nail polish on and they made it feel like it was such a chore for them to remove and replace- this is a nail salon right? Isn't this what you do!!?! The manicurist was rough and rushed the whole time. She took a file to remove the gel polish from my toe and rubbed my skin so raw that it bled and hurt to wear shoes. I would never go back after such an unpleasant experience. Nail salons should be fun and relaxing =/

I went in for a pedicure first and the water was way too hot but overall not a bad pedicure. I went to get French manicure tips and they pushed for the gel tips. And when I mean pushed they would drive down the price for me to get them and it was still very expensive ($$$)!!!!!! I agreed only because I thought it would look better than the regular acrylic tips. I was very wrong! They were rude the entire time doing the manicure, the white part of the French manicure the corners on some of the nails start all the way to my cuticle!! They're uneven, chunky and my cuticles were bleeding! Probably the most painful manicure I had. I am NEVER going back there again!!!!!!

Definitely the best Gel manicure/pedicure place around here. Professional staff and amazing pedicure! What other salons will consider as Special Pedicure, you will get it with regular one here since it includes paraffin heel treatment and hot stone massage! Gel manicure was also great! Most importantly, nice ambience and clean!

I think this is the best pedicure place around. It's a great deal for the pedi which includes hot stone massage and paraffin wax heel treatment. I also get massages here, and Justin did a great job working out the knots in my back and neck today. The staff has always been polite and friendly too.

They don't push back & trim your cuticle beds before a gel manicure. I asked about why this was the entire time because it doesn't make sense. Apparently it's because the oil will make it so the gel doesn't stick...this is why you have your client wash their hands. I detest the fact that I just got a manicure without my cuticles being maintained first. $40 wasted.

Decent place for a mani/pedi. Just went with my mum and we only had to wait 15 minutes to get it done together in the early afternoon on a Tuesday. Mani/pedi for one person was only $35 which is a decent price for this area. Amazing pedicure area - nice massage chairs and they use hot stones and nice foot/leg scrubs and bath salts (and we just got the regular pedicures! - nothing extra or fancy). The guy I had was a little flirty and asked some personal questions (like how much my bag cost - to which I blew him off and said it was a gift) but other than that, it's a decent, calm place to get your nails done for a good price.

Should've checked here first! They were 'ok'. My nails are uneven. The nails on one hand are shorter than the other. Whatever. So anyway I got my nails done 2 weeks ago in NC. I got UV gel tips. When I told this place it was UV gel she looks at my nails and says no they are acrylic. What do I know about nails but I'm pretty sure they were UV gel, but because she said they were acrylic, she did the fill in with acrylic. Again, whatever. So after the fill in, they send me to a different girl to finish filing and paint. This girl now tells me how I should've gotten Uv gels because they are better for your nails than acrylic and suggests the next time I go I should have these tips taken off completely and have a brand new set of UV gels done. WTF?! I wanted uv gel fill in to begin with!

Excellent service!!! great nail. specially gel. they know how to stay gel menicure long with nice shape. Very clean station. i mean everywhere!!! highly recommend!!!!!
