Highly recommend coming here for a clean,peaceful, comfortable experience! The staffs here are very kind and takes care of you right away when you come in. This was my first time here and cannot express what a great first time experience I had. I came in for a gel manicure, and the service was pretty quick. There are about 8 seats for the manicure, 10 seats for the pedicure, and around 5 seats for the drying station. They have second floor for facial and massage as well. I was scheduled with Joy,who is a sweetheart! As soon as I sat down, she made sure I was comfortable. Joy was very gentle and was always making sure I was satisfied with her job.Not only was she gentle, she made sure every cuticle clean and nail was perfectly buffered. There is another staff gave me a short shoulder massage. It was amazing! I am definitely looking forward to booking future massage appointments! Really nice and up-to-date nail salon with a spa area upstairs. Whenever I get my gel nails done here they last a long time. The pricing is on average with the area. Staff is pleasant as well. I enjoyed my pedicure and gel manicure from Nature Balsam. I was looking for a good nail spot in the area and I think I definitely found my go-to salon. I am in my second week of my gel nails and pedi and they still look amazing with no chipping. They also offer complimentary drinks. Also, for those folks that want to bring their children for pedis, they have two chairs that are made to accommodated children. Besides that, the shop seems like it was recently renovated and is very modern. They were also very sanitary to which I greatly appreciate. The only downfall to my experience here was the lady working the floor. She was a very energetic and in-your-business kind of gal. I know she had good intentions but seriously, she asked me EVERYTHING (my life, family, relationships, moving, work, kids, dogs, etc). Then proceeded to give me a random massage that I did not request and tell me I needed a facial lol. I really want to love this salon but the owner unfortunately made it impossible. It's in a good location, convenient to the train station, my home, and work and is very nice and clean inside. The pedicure chairs are great. The owner is a very pushy woman who will hound you to get a facial or another spa service from the spa she also owns. I went in one day without much makeup on and she told me I didn't look good but her magic facials will make my skin look great. I was really taken aback and told her I would think about it but wouldn't actually think about it. In my subsequent visits she wouldn't take no for an answer. I had to stop going due to her. Wow wow wow, is all I can say for Nature Balsam Nail & Spa! I've gotten beautiful eyelash extensions and facials here, and they definitely know what they're doing. I've gone to almost every eyelash extension salon in the area and they are BY FAR the best in terms of quality, longevity, and skill. Eyelash extensions are the cure-all for a quick morning get out the door to work-remedy, you don't need to put on any additional makeup with some fabulous eyelashes that make all the difference. They also last a SUPER long time, definitely longer than any other salon I have been to. The facials are so relaxing and purifying, it's an amazing way to reward yourself. Decided to get a gel manicure on a whim when my regular nail salon didn't have any appointments available. Eight days later, the polish started chipping. How disappointing that my $35 gel manicure chipped in less time than it took Scaramucci to be fired. I'm no gel mani noob; I've been getting these for years and they have never chipped before two weeks. All that aside, the service here was absolutely wonderful. First timer and enjoyed my experience! Was in the area for an errand and looked up nearby salons that were open at 9:30 in the morning. Luckily this place was!Turns out they just opened for business in recent months. I had intended to spend more than I do at my usual basic salon since it's Mother's Day weekend. I ended up paying a very reasonable amount for a "basic" mani/pedi because of Grand Opening specials. Not only that, the quality of service and treatment was amazing!My classic pedi was so impressive. I didn't have time or budget for the signature pedis this time but the Classic, to my surprise, includes a lovely scrub, legit massage and hot stones! Not your typical scrub squeezed out of a ketchup bottle or cheap dollar store lotion. I have been going to Nature Balsam Nail and Spa to help them get started. Being new, it was modern, immaculate and uncrowded. They were friendly and gave a great massage, along with a heated collar. Unfortunately, my last two pedicures and gel nails looked horrible after one week. Not sure why? Thought my nails grew fast, but the friend I brought was highly dissatisfied. Not going back.
