The first time I went there I just got a pedicure.  I was not thrilled with it because it wasn't smooth and kept bubbling. (The girl told me it was because of my nails) but I never had that problem anywhere else.  Anyway I figured I would give it another try and maybe id have better luck with another person.  I went in on Tuesday to have a mani and pedi for my bday.  I brought my daughter and she had her nails painted.  She's 3 so even though hers were peeling off before we got home I didn't make a big deal about it.  However, my gel manicure is awful.  Not only were my nails filed crooked, after I got home and looked closer I realized that the woman did not paint all the way to my cuticle so my whole nail was not painted.  It is only thursday,  yes TWO days after I had them done and it looks like they are 2 weeks grown out.  And I don't have time to go back and have them take it all off and redo it. This is my go-to spot to get my eyebrows waxed. They do such a great job I don't trust anyone else to touch mine. The salon is very clean and spacious and the staff are all very professional and friendly. They have such a wide array of nail polish and gel colors to choose from - the only thing keeping me from getting my nails done is the higher prices!They also offer complimentary beverages to guests and are very attentive throughout your entire visit. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes even when it was really busy on a Sunday afternoon. Waxing prices are great and comparable to other salons in the area - $5 for eyebrows and $7 for lip. I went here during their busy hours (after work) and to be honest the wait wasn't that bad. The nail tech who took me was younger than the rest and she did an okay job. I asked for a refill on my acrylics and she did them a little to thick so they kind of look like domed and egg-shaped. I figured it was because they were about to close and she was rushing. The worst of the worst service. They are more expensive than any other nail salon in the area. Under staff. The manager is rude. The nails tech always push extra services, even after you repeatedly tell them no. They Continue asking multiple times, very annoying. Money hungry. They did poor job on myself and daughter's nail. Never again. Watch out, they charge extra for everything. They use dirty pumice stone, be careful, this a good way to get fungus or any contagious disease. I do not recommend this place to anyone. When a nail salon has posts of photos of injuries or bad infections from clients stop in your tracks and search again. Best tip for free. Retreat.True story: My nail tech clipped me so bad that my nail cuticle bled for an hour. She kept painting my nails though and as you can imagine it looked like trash. Soooo shame on me for not trusting my instinct and leaving, but the 'pro' is who customers assume know their shiz. In the end, there was never an apology, charged full price and as I sat there drying my wet nails under a heat lamp I just thought, "is this real!?!" It was surreal. After she got me set for trying she totally still ignored that I was a) still bleeding b) obviously my nail looked muffed up c) never came back or even said bye when I left. She just took a new client like I was a factory product. Onto the next, I guess. I stopped a random and had her fix my nail and also ignored my bloody nail but did repaint it. Is this common?!? Service is really quick, almost no wait. A lot of selection with colors in both regular polish and gel. Fairly priced and nice ambience. The technicians don't chat with you much, which I'm ok with, sometimes I just want to be pampered in silence.So far, the times I've gone my nails have lasted so the quality of the work is pretty good.I recommend it for you ladies in a hurry and who just want to relax while getting your nails done. I went here for the first time two weeks ago and got my eyebrows waxed and I couldn't be more thrilled! I came here a lot as a teenager(for dances, prom, for HS and college graduation), but I do not think I can go back after last time. Last time I was here, they stopped my nail service mid way and demanded I pay. This was never asked of me before, and the woman was rude and rough with my hands. I declined to pay at the time since I was covering my sister and myself. She agreed to wait until the end to pay (like normal). She remained rough with my hands, and the oil for my hand massage felt so hot I was worried it could have burned me (it didn't but it was uncomfortably hot). My nails came out fine but I couldn't believe the rudeness of the staff. This has turned me off from this place unfortunately. The behavior wasn't acceptable. Read Less

This place is what I like to call a "nail factory". Large salon, a lot of people working there, you're in and out in no time, and you never have to wait. The service is impersonal- I don't see the same person each time, no one remembers me, and I don't really chat with anyone while I'm getting services done. And I'm okay with this. Why? Because the prices are fair and the service is good no matter who you see. I had a nail salon in the area that I was faithful too, but they charged $5 extra each time I went because they had to remove my gel polish. I find that unfair because it was their own gel polish they were removing! World Spa & Nails does not do this, and for that I am a loyal customer from now on. I recently got a gel manicure here on a Thursday at 5 pm right after work and they were still able to take me right back. They did a wonderful job during the manicure perfectly trimming my cuticles etc and the polish looked great! I had Lena and she was very friendly and also quick while still doing a good job. Great service, very clean, good selection of regular and gel polishes. They have a couple different brands of gels (OPI, Perfect Match, Kiara Sky, and iGel). They let you pick a scent for the lotion and they have a great spa pedicure! I had Kelly and she did a wonderful job. I went in on a Sunday around 10:20/10:30 (they open at 10) and was taken right away. They had a lot of employees working so I did not see many people waiting. I came here with my mom as a walk in last week on Sunday.  They were pretty busy and they still managed to take us both for pedicures at the same time.  We both had the 'spa' pedicure which runs $45 per person.  I think that is pretty standard for the area.  I loved my pedicure and the girl who did it was great.  My mom really enjoyed hers too.     I love that the place was clean, everyone was friendly, at no point did I feel like anyone was talking about me and here it is a week later and my pedicure is still as fresh as the day it was done. No one rushed and it was a great experience.   Why only 4 stars out of 5?  Some of the polishes seem to be a bit old and you really have to search for one that doesn't look like it has separated or has been kicking around since the Bush Administration was in office. I think that is because the front of the building gets strong sun and that is where they keep the polish selection.  Now you KNOW you can't keep polish in the heat like that.     I would absolutely come back here, I think I would just maybe bring my own polish. Tony did my nails perfectly. I like them in an oval shape, not pointy, and he made sure to ask. He did not lay the acrylic on too thick. Him and the lady he sits next to were teasing each other the whole time, which made it a really relaxed and funny atmosphere. I will definitely be making this my new place to have my nails done. Pedicure - Lily is the best at the "World Spa & Nails" across from the Moorestown mall. Very clean and sanitized utensils by autoclave which I haven't seen from any other nail salons, FINALLY found the one. Read Less

I went to World Spa & Nail with a girlfriend of mine on Friday night March 11, 2016. I got a $35 spa pedicure that was great. I think it was one of the best I've had. I then wanted a gel manicure after getting my toes done. It was suggested to me to get a gel set instead since I have shorter nails..I was like "what ever you think would be best" After they were done they looked fantastic... I got up to pay... $88 for everything! The price seemed a little much for the gel set (If I knew the price was $53 I wouldn't of gotten them done) Unfortunately not even 3 full days later the gel polish was & still has been chipping & the corner of my thumb cracked in the shower while washing my hair. I just wish they lasted perfect for more than 4 days. I'm just annoyed. Read Less

Service is very nice ask for Kim when you go there she does a wonderful job but this place is far to expensive. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and the price came out to be $67 without a tip. Ehhhh. Nail salon was okay. The lady that did my nails was nice but I wasn't 100% happy about my nails. My one nail wasn't straight and she left nail polish under my nail so I had to fix that at home. Overall a so so experience. If I can't get to my favorite nail place I would go back I guess. This used to be my go to spot for nails.  Close to work, reasonably priced, and with  fast manicurists, I've been a client here dozens of times.  I've always received good service in the past, but unfortunately this has changed the last few times I've gone here.  I really hate to do a bad review, but I had a pedicure over the summer that gave me a nasty rash up and down my legs (I know better than to shave before going, so it wasn't that).  The rash lasted almost two weeks even with daily cortisone cream application.  My manicure before this one, the manicurist forgot to paint one of my nails.  I mean, I don't have any extra fingers so I'm not sure how she missed it, but I kept thinking she was doing the manicure in some special extra efficient way.  Nope.  Near the end (top coat) she finally noticed that 9 nails were done and one was still nude.And my manicures, which had in the past been perfect, have been on the decline the last few trips.  I actually had to have them redo two nails before I left the place today - which has NEVER happened in the 25+ years I've been getting my nails done.  The first nail had nail polish smeared on the skin around the nail and the other nail wasn't completely polished.  What really aggravated me was that the woman doing my nails clearly wasn't paying attention (she answered her cell and proceeded to have a conversation on the phone while painting my nails), and tried to pass off the sloppy manicure as my fault for having short nails (they aren't that short) and the color of polish I picked (I hardly think black is anything out of the ordinary).  The gel manicure also isn't lasting as long.  I used to easily go 2-3 weeks between manicures and now I'm lucky to get a full week before they chip.  I have a feeling that they aren't prepping my nails as well as they should before and between coats.So, this place is still receiving a couple of starts for convenience and price, but I'm now on the lookout for a better salon.
