Customer service is MORE important than the service you provide.
Today my wife was told "we don't have enough time to do a design on your nails" after they had started. How is this possible? When she spoke to the manager, he stated they would not put a design on her nails because 8 months ago, a tech did a poor job on 1 nail and she asked that it be redone.
Ladies, I ask you. Should a tech redo a design if they do a poor job? Should they be upset after tipping them?
When my wife stated she would not be returning, she was met with an "OK bye".
In the past 2 years I have spent over $800 on gift certificates for mother's day, birthdays holidays and "just because" days for my wife. We have referred multiple friends and family members over the years as well. We will all be going elsewhere.

I have been going to Posh for almost three years now. A friend recommended them, and I couldn't be happier. I have had both Stephanie and Henry do my nails, but I have other friends that go there and they love their nail techs just as much. I would highly recommend Posh.

I absolutely love this place!! Was recommended to me by a friend... have not been disappointed. I go to Andrew and his work is sheer perfection. He really takes his time and even pays attention to things I miss. He books up fast but that's because of the quality of his work. If you are looking for a great, reasonable nail salon look no further.

Hate to let the word out about how great this place is, but apparently every one knows, it’s very hard to walk in now without a reservation. They are so far above all the other nail salons in the area, you feel like you are in a spa not a local salon. Staff extremely friendly, professional. Interior is sleek, modern and sparkling clean.

So my friend and I decided that we would try a new nail salon to get our nails done, she hasn’t been happy with the current nail salon so we heard that Posh Nail Spa in Moorestown was good.. well I had the nastiest nail technician, she was rude to me from the moment I walked into the store. The whole process was uncomfortable and I just couldn’t wait to get out of there. On top of it it smells like body odor when you walk into the salon, which was making me queasy. When I was cashing out they barked at me as to how much I owed and never once thanked me for being a customer. I never post reviews, but this pissed me off as a new customer. Apparently they are not worried about getting new business or keeping existing. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Such a nice salon and they deliver exceptional service. Everyone is so nice and polite. Great place for a little pre-wedding pampering because your whole bridal party can get their nails done at the same time! Pedicures are over the top awesome. Family owned.

Best place around. Clean, so so friendly and fun. Their pedicures are so much better than other nail salons. They use essential oils and really scrub your feet. I feel so soft and clean after leaving....

Haven’t been here in awhile, but honestly was the best nail salon I’ve been to. They give you complimentary water.. and you get to choose an organic lotion for them to massage your hands and/feet with. Very nice people also! Times where they have lots of customers, they still find a way to get you in!

I went to this Nail salon because a you tuber recommended it. And every time she posts a photo of her nails, they look amazing. I decided to go, as a walk-in, and they took me within 10 minutes. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, and he was glad to do it. Everything looked fine from my angle, but the more I looked at my nails somewhere way longer than each other and somewhere different shapes. I’ve noticed that about a lot of Nail salon. Your nails will never be the exact length or all the same shape. And it’s the most obvious things ever I don’t understand how somebody can miss it for staring at your nails for whole album. Not to mention I had on a gel manicure before I got my full set, and the guy completely butchered my nails. He got the electric drill and drill all the nail polish off my natural now and even cut my skin about four times. Then I began to bleed. I’ve never been somewhere where they completely but you’re my nails like that’s the point where my fingernails start to burn. I definitely will not be returning.

Customer service is MORE important than the service you provide.
Today my wife was told "we don't have enough time to do a design on your nails" after they had started. How is this possible? When she spoke to the manager, he stated they would not put a design on her nails because 8 months ago, a tech did a poor job on 1 nail and she asked that it be redone.

I absolutely love this place!! Was recommended to me by a friend... have not been disappointed. I go to Andrew and his work is sheer perfection. He really takes his time and even pays attention to things I miss. He books up fast but that's because of the quality of his work. Hate to let the word out about how great this place is, but apparently every one knows, it’s very hard to walk in now without a reservation. They are so far above all the other nail salons in the area, you feel like you are in a spa not a local salon. Staff extremely friendly, professional. Interior is sleek, modern and sparkling clean.

So my friend and I decided that we would try a new nail salon to get our nails done, she hasn’t been happy with the current nail salon so we heard that Posh Nail Spa in Moorestown was good.. well I had the nastiest nail technician, she was rude to me from the moment I walked into the store. Haven’t been here in awhile, but honestly was the best nail salon I’ve been to. They give you complimentary water.. and you get to choose an organic lotion for them to massage your hands and/feet with. Very nice people also! Times where they have lots of customers, they still find a way to get you in!

I went to this Nail salon because a you tuber recommended it. And every time she posts a photo of her nails, they look amazing. I decided to go, as a walk-in, and they took me within 10 minutes. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, and he was glad to do it. Everything looked fine from my angle, but the more I looked at my nails somewhere way longer than each other and somewhere different shapes. I’ve noticed that about a lot of Nail salon.
