This was my first time there to get my eyebrows waxed. I had to wait 10 minutes start off with because the girl was just sitting there, for some reason she was constantly staring at me. Could have been cuz I'm very overweight, it felt like she never seen a heavy-set person before. After they did my eyebrows she put alcohol on my eyebrows, which I've never had done at any salon and my eyebrows were burning very bad. I had to spend $10 to get them done because that was their limit for their credit card. I wasn't greeted with a pleasant good morning , hello , or even a smile. I will never to go here again

I had the worst experience here. I don't know if the nail tech was new or just didn't know what she was doing. I was charged $50 for crooked nails that were not the same shape or size. Also polish was on my skin. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. The other nail salon told me how bad they were done & said that some of my nails weren't glued down correctly. She told me I should get a refund. I called in for a refund or even half a refund and they hung up on me. I can't believe one tech could ruin a 4 star place for me. I ended up paying all together $92 for a refill between the two salons. I just can't believe this is how the business is ran.

I called earlier in the morning to make an appointment for me and my girlfriend to go get Valentines Day mani/pedis and a gel fill. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and spoke great English. We arrived around 4, and there was one other person there. As soon as we told her we had an appointment, they sat us down, got our pedicures started and then immediately started my fill right after. No wait time, clean comfortable location and the staff was amazing! My girlfriend had a great pedicure and manicure! We will definitely be back!

FYI let them know if you're putting a tip on a card before they swipe it. I don't carry cash so leaving without a tip so I feel terrible! A must stop in!

Went today for a fill and gel topcoat. My nails are filed poorly. Some are fine and others are lopsided. Some are very think too. I'm very picky and I find it very hard to communicate with some of the operators which could be the problem. The biggest no no is that they speak to each other in their native language which is annoying. Don't have them do a design. They are not artistic at all. I guess I haven't found my new nail place yet.I am now stuck for two weeks with a design that was supposed to be a beautiful tree branch with flowers (gave her a picture which she assured me she could do) but got something that my kids say looks like Indian feathers. Don't do designs if you can't paint. Back to Akoi I go. It's a little further from me but even though they are Asian they only speak English which is very respectable. Their designs are not to be believed and they also have nail decals for those operators who are not artistic.

I am new to the area and have been doing research on nail salons... It took me forever, but I finally decided to give Happy Feet, Nails, and Spa a try and for some things they are good and others not so good. The first time I came here, I got a pedicure here about a month ago and it was $25. The man who did the pedicure was good. He did accidentally poked me once, but other than that everything was great. Everyone was friendly. They offered me water and they give a discount when you pay cash. I will definitely will be back. However, they need to work on their gel manicures. The woman got the gel too close to my cuticles. The gel manicure was $25 but I paid cash so it came out to $23.

Was looking forward to a relaxing experience using a gift card for a sports pedicure. Ada my nail tech was friendly, but not careful or paying full attention to my feet. Too rough with the callous pad on my big toe, which caused me discomfort. I told her too stop & then it started to bleed. She apologized, but too late. And my nail was cut too short & not straight across, which caused an ingrown toenail that I have been doctoring for a few weeks now. Any experienced pedicurist should know how to cut nails safely & use the pedicure tools with care during the service. Unfortunately, I will not return to this salon.....#UNHAPPYFEET !

This was my first time there to get my eyebrows waxed. I had to wait 10 minutes start off with because the girl was just sitting there, for some reason she was constantly staring at me. I had the worst experience here. I don't know if the nail tech was new or just didn't know what she was doing. I was charged $50 for crooked nails that were not the same shape or size. Also polish was on my skin. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. The other nail salon told me how bad they were done & said that some of my nails weren't glued down correctly. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and spoke great English. We arrived around 4, and there was one other person there. As soon as we told her we had an appointment, they sat us down, got our pedicures started and then immediately started my fill right after. No wait time, clean comfortable location and the staff was amazing! My girlfriend had a great pedicure and manicure! We will definitely be back!

Went today for a fill and gel topcoat. My nails are filed poorly. Some are fine and others are lopsided. Some are very think too. I'm very picky and I find it very hard to communicate with some of the operators which could be the problem. The biggest no no is that they speak to each other in their native language which is annoying. Don't have them do a design. They are not artistic at all. I guess I haven't found my new nail place yet.I am now stuck for two weeks with a design that was supposed to be a beautiful tree branch with flowers (gave her a picture which she assured me she could do) but got something that my kids say looks like Indian feathers. It took me forever, but I finally decided to give Happy Feet, Nails, and Spa a try and for some things they are good and others not so good. The first time I came here, I got a pedicure here about a month ago and it was $25. The man who did the pedicure was good. He did accidentally poked me once, but other than that everything was great. Everyone was friendly. They offered me water and they give a discount when you pay cash. I will definitely will be back. However, they need to work on their gel manicures. The woman got the gel too close to my cuticles. The gel manicure was $25 but I paid cash so it came out to $23.

Was looking forward to a relaxing experience using a gift card for a sports pedicure. Ada my nail tech was friendly, but not careful or paying full attention to my feet. Too rough with the callous pad on my big toe, which caused me discomfort. I told her too stop & then it started to bleed. She apologized, but too late.
