I'm a little ticked off. They get 3 stars for being personable and having decent prices but zero stars for nail quality. One day after getting gel nails (I wanted lcn but she said if I'm painting them it's a waste of money to do the non brand name version.... We will see how they hold up), I realized my nails were all crooked and wider than my nail bed on my left hand. My right hand was perfect. There was simply too much material slapped on there. She fixed it but not very well, saying because she had to glue tips on, they are wider than my natural nail.... But my right hand was perfect.Well my middle finger on my left hand is literally pointing up to the sky.... Today my right thumb nail came cleanly right off as if it was never adhered to my nail bed at all! Guess what? They close at 5pm on Saturdays and are closed Sundays.I'm going to find another salon. I will NEVER go here again. Well unless I want an INFECTION!!! Yes you read that correctly infection I went there to have my nails filled with gel and replace one. The one that was replaced gotten infection in the nail bed. And four of the other nails came off within a week. My nails were uneven and crooked. I will never come here again. I have been going here for a while but my last 2 visits have been horrible. Two weeks ago my nails were all different shapes and lengths and the woman couldn't do a simple 3 stripe design, then during my pedicure she cut me with cuticle nippers and pulled my toe so hard I thought it was going to dislocate. Then yesterday I was charged $20 more than I've ever paid and all I got was solid white. That was the last straw. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never go here again. Read Less

Recently got a new set done and it would have costed 60$ which is a lot for a new set of gels. Thank goodness I had a gift card and didn't pay full because within a week 2 nails fell off and I didn't do anything that would cause them to fall off, went back to fix them and was a battle to get my nails to match!! Two days later another nail fell off picking up my water bottle at the gym so I gave up and bought nail glue and glued it back on!! Tonight picking up my towel another nail fell off to top out at 4 nails in less than 2 weeks!!!!! Once again had to glue my nail on!! Haven't had a bad experience but haven't had a good one... Place is pretty crowded. My tips came off pretty soon after (may have been the particular nail technician who messed up). I called ahead of time for my daughter, who saved her own money to get nail tips.  They told me over the phone it was $25.  My daughter was charged $35 plus an additional $5 for the nail shape she wanted. Though this place is close to our home (which is why she chose to go there, so she could walk there herself), we will NEVER go there again.  To give one price on the phone and charge more in person to an adolescent is unconscionable. Stopped in around lunchtime for a quick pedicure. They were able to accommodate me quickly! Good polish selection and very very nice! Hot stones added to pedicure with no extra charge. Exceptionally sanitary!!! Reasonably priced, just looks like they're renovating the salon a bit. Soda and water were offered during my service. Read Less

Teresa is owner / opetator and my personal tech. She offers a friendly experience with open communication. I find my happiness important to her. This can make for a unique experience because we have all had or heard of many experiences where the techs feel what they say Is more important then meeting your request in your service. I went in for a builder gel fill three days ago and I noticed the gel lifting on the sides the next day. four of my fingers are already lifting on the sides two of them have chipping on my French. I posted pictures. I don't know if they water down their products or if the guy just didn't know what he was doing. I've never had this happen on a full set or fill before. It was my first time there, I had gone with my boyfriend to get pedicures together. The place was quiet, we were the only customers there at the time. Janet was there to meet us and we went over the prices for pedicure, which I thought were reasonable for a basic pedi. What I didn't expect was such amazing and thorough service from both her and Theresa. So. Incredible. OMG. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour there getting our feet pampered with hot stone and sea salt scrub in addition to different lotions. It was the BEST. Love it. Those two ladies took such good care of us. We'll be paying them monthly visits from now on. Read Less
