Never coming here again! Despite all the reviews saying that they treat customers with Groupons differently and rush through their services, I bought the mani/pedi/massage package and scheduled a 2pm ...
Never coming here again! Despite all the reviews saying that they treat customers with Groupons differently and rush through their services, I bought the mani/pedi/massage package and scheduled a 2pm appt for today. I sat for AN HOUR waiting for someone to work on me!! The reviews are all true - if you have a Groupon they shove you aside and focus on paying customers, I guess because they figure you won't tip well? After initially waiting 20 minutes (which I would not have minded otherwise), they setup my pedicure chair and stuck my feet in water. I then sat for another 40 MINUTES as the water turned cold while they went back to work on their other 2 customers, and eventually pulled my super-pruny feet out, furious at that point. Another party of 3 walked in and they started setting them up right away. I finally spoke up and the one guy ran out of the shop for 10 minutes to get another family member to come help out; completely unprepared and understaffed. They then proceeded to rush through both my leg massage and pedi, and left nailpolish all around my toenails. Rushed through the massage, rushed through the mani - every single nail is covered in bubbles, and I can see all the nailpolish layers, it looks so sloppy! :( Giving 2 stars ONLY because prices are reasonable, and they tried their best to be friendly despite the crappy circumstances. Can't recommend this place and never coming here again. There are plenty of nicer, better-equipped nail salons in the area to spend your money at.

Never coming here again! I came in for a mani once with a friend, no appt., and they sat me immediately. Despite all the reviews saying that they treat customers with Groupons differently, I bought the mani/pedi/massage package and scheduled a 2pm appt for today. I think this was the best service I've ever received at a nail salon. There were two men working when I went in on a Friday morning. They did my gel manicure really quickly and really well, and the guy who did my spa pedicure was very meticulous with the leg and foot massages. The best part was the 5 min neck massage I got while sitting waiting for my toenails to dry. They were so nice and did a great job with my nails. I originally bought a Groupon but will def return again!

I have been going here for several years and always a great experience! Pedicures are by far the best I ever had and you end with a great massage. When your waiting for the nails to dry they even give you a lbs amazing shoulder massage. The lady who does eyebrows always does them perfectly and I have never walked out disappointed. Definitely give this hidden gem a chance!

I came here because they sold me a gift card and used it twice. The second time I came the girl that works there sees me holding the gift card like I am coming here for a free service or something when I paid for the gift card! I felt I was treated differently and she was very quick with her pedicure and scrubbing me a bit rough. I would never go back because of her unprofessionalism and nasty . Reading other reviews I see others experience the same poor quality customer service.

I purchased a Groupon. For some reason I believe establishments sometimes treat those who purchase a Groupon slightly different than those patrons who don't pay with Groupon. It's weird because establishments choose to make services available through Groupon. Upon arrival, since I had a Groupon I had to wait to be seen even with an appointment. That wasn't a big deal because the wait time was minimal. My nail tech took about 45 mins to give me a simple manicure bc of the many interruptions (phone, waxing collecting payments) while doing my nails. My pedicurist did a decent job. She forgot to give me a massage that was include in my Groupon and got nail polish on a couple of my toes. By that time, I just wanted to leave so, I didn't even make a big fuss about it. I will not return here again.

Terrible experience. Bought a groupon for 30 min foot reflexology - apparently they don't know what reflexology is as the man there rubbed each foot for 15 mins but was a terrible rub, he didn't even touch my toes and the rub was bland. The employees there need to look up what reflexology is in the dictionary. I will never recommend and I will never go back. Plus they rushed me out. So disappointing!

My nails are clean and beautiful. I also got a massage after my gel manicure was done. I had a great start to my saturday morning.

I had a Horrible! Horrible! Experience today that too on Mother's Day!! I took man appointments for my Mother-in-law and myself today for a pedicure manicure. As I was a new customer it took me 10 mins more to locate this place. I called them to ask the exact location and I was not able to locate it, the manager said don't come as you're 10 mins late and we have cancelled your appointment. On top of that she lied that she called me to confirm the cancellation and she was so rude on the phone! Not sure how they run their business like this.I booked this appointment well in advanced 15 days before and planned a day out with my MIL, it's so disappointing and they totally ruined my Mother's Day plan.

Absolute worst pedicure I've ever had. It was so rushed. I was sitting in the chair for almost ten minutes of nail filing and buffing before I ever even got to put my feet in the water. The massage was AWFUL. Instead of rubbing the muscles in my legs and bottoms of the feet, heels, etc. all that he rubbed were the bones in the front of my legs and top of my feet. Have you ever had a foot rub that only included the top of your feet? It was horrible. Plus, the end result doesn't even look good. The nails are all different shapes and lengths. It was half assed and poorly done from beginning to end. Very disappointing. I will NOT be back.

My mom and I just used the groupon for the 30 min reflexology massage and pedicure. We are from LA and this place went the extra mile more than any other salon in CA. The massage was so nice and relaxing. We both got glitter toes and they turned out cute. After our toes were done they took us to the fan for it to dry and gave us another complimentary neck and shoulder massage! It was so nice. We felt very pampered.

I think this was the best service I've ever received at a nail salon. There were two men working when I went in on a Friday morning. They did my gel manicure really quickly and really well, and the guy who did my spa pedicure was very meticulous with the leg and foot massages. Absolute worst pedicure I've ever had. It was so rushed. I was sitting in the chair for almost ten minutes of nail filing and buffing before I ever even got to put my feet in the water. The massage was AWFUL. Instead of rubbing the muscles in my legs and bottoms of the feet, heels, etc. all that he rubbed were the bones in the front of my legs and top of my feet. Have you ever had a foot rub that only included the top of your feet? It was horrible. Plus, the end result doesn't even look good. The nails are all different shapes and lengths. It was half assed and poorly done from beginning to end. Very disappointing. I will NOT be back.

I've used two groupons here now. They honor your appt time, give you the best massage any nail place has ever given and the place is clean and staff professional. Well, well worth the groupon.

Bought my Groupon and went the same day. .was the best foot massage ever and the pedicure was awesome and massaged my neck shoukders while I waited for them to dry ...my new find and now my new place ...

Great place! I had nails done and pedicure and eye lushes. They massage your shoulders and feet!! They provide bottle of water. Defiantly coming back!

My mom and I just used the groupon for the 30 min reflexology massage and pedicure. We are from LA and this place went the extra mile more than any other salon in CA. The massage was so nice and relax...
My mom and I just used the groupon for the 30 min reflexology massage and pedicure. We are from LA and this place went the extra mile more than any other salon in CA. The massage was so nice and relaxing. We both got glitter toes and they turned out cute. After our toes were done they took us to the fan for it to dry and gave us another complimentary neck and shoulder massage! It was so nice. We felt very pampered.
