These are the rudest employees you will ever encounter. I tried several times over the years every time to leave angry and mad that they would be the same. They don't smile seen annoyed if you come with a baby in a stroller talk about you in their native language so obvious ..never friendly!!! Service and product was not that great a few months ago. As of my last visit I will never be back. Nail polish selections while colorful is not high quality. Unless you have perfect nails and toe nails in other words you do not need a mani / pedi do not go here. I have athletic feet that need tending to. Nothing dramatic just actual attention. I only left with a pedi this time I could spend anymore time or money. Besides the pedi I was given a nice cut on my heel from not being moisturized and pumice properly. Read Less

I have to step in here and defend my usual nail place.  Yes, the service can be brusque.  I've been coming here for years, and Kenny definitely knows and recognizes me but hardly smiles at me when I enter.  It's ok though, I'm not here for him.You have to be careful who you ask for when you come to Super Nail.  For a standard mani/pedi, I always ask for Jenny or Stacey.  They are always very meticulous and are perfectionists when it comes to my mani/pedi.  Jenny in particular is very friendly and asks me how my friends are doing that have come with me, or my mom, who came with me once.  Also, this is one of the VERY few nail salons that allow you to have your own set of nail tools!  After you show you're a regular, they will assign you a nail care box with your own nail file and buffer.  I'm considering even bringing in my own clippers and cuticle clippers and see if they will put it in the box.  But there's something about using your own set of tools each time that makes you feel better.My gel manicures, polish manicures, and pedicures have always been satisfactory.  I'm sort of a klutz sometimes, and there have definitely been a handful of times when I've ruined my manicure on the way out the door.  Jenny and Stacey always smile and laugh and fix it up for me.  Make sure you ask for your usual manicurist and you should have a pretty good experience! Been going here for years and it's been okay. A few weeks ago got a new girl for my daughter. Insisted my daughter change the color she selected. Then offered her a design. Time to pay...the lovely design cost me an additional 10.00  Girl was very pushy, and rough. Not sure why, but we decided to give Super Nails another try today. Unfortunately my daughter got the same girl. Wanted to select the color for my daughter (didn't allow it), complained about the color she selected, tried to get me to purchase a gel manicure, etc. Again the pedicure was rough and unpleasant. I needed to run to Target during her manicure. (yes, she is old enough to be alone). Woman changed the color my daughter picked while I was gone. We won't be back. I've been coming here with my mom for years and we tried to ignore the problem but today was it for me. They need a better system of taking appointments, which they used to not do at all. They started taking same day appointments and walk ins. We walked in today at 11:30 and wrote down what we wanted and no one said anything about the wait time. After an hour, I finally get my nails done and my sister in law gets her pedicure. Another hour goes by and they tell my sister in law they don't have time to do her nails. So two hours wasted for one gel manicure and a pedicure. It's absolutely ridiculous and we will not be going back. Read Less

Wow. That's all I have to say about my nails. I got a manicure first to test out the place, peeled off the same day. Then I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and went again, this time getting tips with gel nail polish. It looked good when I left but the next day I woke up the polish had bumps underneath it(will put a picture) I went back and they fixed it stating the person who did it did not make me wait long enough for it to dry. I left and then the next day, same exact thing. My nails look horrendous right now. I went to babies r us to shop for a baby shower and the cashier commented on my nail color. I said yes it's nice but look at my nails! She showed me hers and it was the same exact thing that happened to mine ...... Long story short she also went to super nails. Hmmmm stay away !!!!! The girl that did my manicure today was new. Only been there three weeks. I give two stars only BC she was a very sweet girl. As far as my manicure goes, she is unlicensed and was practicing her new found gig on me, which I wouldn't of minded if I wasn't paying for it. Waste of money. Never again. Read Less

Wow!! I have been going here for 8+ years and today will be the last time. There's black streaks in my nails and Kenny told me that in normal light, you will not see it. Then, Stacy did my toes and the color was supposed to be the same as my nails and it's not. Also, there's a huge chip in my toenail that wasn't repaired. I said something and they didn't fix it. I paid my $52 and told the owner that I will never be back. He didn't even say a word, I guess after 8 years of my patronage...means nothing. Disappointing to say the least! Read Less

I always get my nails done here. specifically by Ana, and she does a phenomenal job.  Actually, anyone there does a superb job.  I am extremely happy with the cleanliness and I don't find them to be rude at all.  They are busy and sometimes you will wait but that is to be expected when it is a popular place.  They do take same day appointments now, which is great.  Prices are comparable and feel they are well worth it.  Their pedicures are good also, although I wish they would take more time if your winter feet have calluses. I have been getting my nails done at super nails for years and have never had an issue until last Wednesday. my sister and I got there about 5:45 and we had no problem waiting because there wasn't many people working at that time. eventually i was seated at Kenny's station. I showed him the picture of what i wanted and he said okay.after he had already cut my nails  I asked him not to make them super pointy at the end (more almond shaped than stiletto) which wasn't changing what i wanted much i just didn't want them sharp, that's when it became a problem with him. He started being rude and telling me that in order to have my nails that way I needed new nails put on (which I just had new nails put on the last time and i also had them done like this at super nails previously by the owner and he never said anything about changing my nails) so i told him to just keep doing them the way he was doing them and he said he was doing me a "favor" by not taking my nails off and putting new ones on. then every time he needed my hand closer he started very aggressively yanking on my arm. He started filing my nails and made a comment saying "i don't know why people want their nails like this.." almost every one of my fingers was filed to the point that it was bleeding. I ended up filing my nails down more when i got home because they were sharp. I may go back to super nails but i will not go to Kenny, or if the owner isn't there. Read Less

My wife has been using this salon for over 5 years now and we love it. Sometimes the wait time is a little long which means that a lot of people, including us, use this salon. Sandy has been creating custom hand designs on my wife's nails for years and we've never been disappointed. My wife's nails are always unique and she is constantly getting compliments. I've even gotten a manicure from time to time. This is the only salon that we will use and we would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a pleasant experience with salon technicians who know what they're doing. See you there. Read Less
