Love this nail salon. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The environment is relaxing. They have many, many colors in both gel and regular to match. Tony is great at gel manicures. Always willing to try new designs. If you're getting a pedi be sure to ask for Laxme. She is so sweet and friendly. She takes her time and is thorough. Always gives me a great pedicure. I would highly recommend Rose Nails.

Went in here as a walk-in and had an excellent experience. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and as soon as I picked my nail color, a nail technician was ready to do my mani and pedi. The nail technician did a great job, and was very respectful of the fact that I just needed to zen out and rest while gettimg my nails done. My hands and feet looked beautiful, which was no easy task because I haven't had much time for self-care lately. Very happy with how this turned out.

Just want to put it out there that Rose Nails & Spa by the middletown shoprite is one of the most non-caring nail salons i have been to.Its been 6 days and my gel manicure is literally peeling off and chipping. They are thick and totally uneven.Then they want you to pay for their terrible job to be fixed and it has to be within 3 days. Never happens with any other nail salon. Dont go there ladies.

I've gone to this place more than once because I lived close by and it's always bad. I thought that if I tried a new person there it would be better but it is NOT! I spent extra money for my nails & toes & in 1 day my nail polish started coming off! What a waste of time and money. If I weren't traveling I would go back so they would fix them but this place is horrible!!! They don't listen to what u explain to them!

I love this place! Not only is the atmosphere beautiful and elegant, the staff is professional, talented, and extremely hospitable! Tina at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. It is very clean and they use high end products. They always do a wonderful job and they do it with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The girl at the customer service desk is great. She is helpful when asked any questions about the different spa treatments. She has helped me pick out colors for pedicures that match my organic color....

I just moved up from TX and this is the closest place that resembles the Salons down south (minus the champagne of course)
Prices about mid level but you get so much more for your money than the other...

Prices about mid level but you get so much more for your money than the other places and the work is very good.
Would give five stars if the reception experience was better - very distracted/unprofessional. But everything else is great.

I absolutely loved my nail tech. Very sweet and did a great job. This place is very very nice inside. Great atmosphere and very clean. My experience would have been outstanding except for the customer service or lack of should I say when entering and leaving the salon. Terrible. The girl was extremely rude and unhelpful. Could barely look up from her phone at all. As I left I was still polite and said you have a great day and NOTHING. Silence. They should consider getting another receptionist and this place would be perfect!

Love this nail salon. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The environment is relaxing. They have many, many colors in both gel and regular to match. Tony is great at gel manicures. Always willing to try new designs. If you're getting a pedi be sure to ask for Laxme. She is so sweet and friendly. She takes her time and is thorough. Always gives me a great pedicure. I would highly recommend Rose Nails.

Went in here as a walk-in and had an excellent experience. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and as soon as I picked my nail color, a nail technician was ready to do my mani and pedi. The nail technician did a great job, and was very respectful of the fact that I just needed to zen out and rest while gettimg my nails done. My hands and feet looked beautiful, which was no easy task because I haven't had much time for self-care lately. Very happy with how this turned out.

Just want to put it out there that Rose Nails & Spa by the middletown shoprite is one of the most non-caring nail salons i have been to.Its been 6 days and my gel manicure is literally peeling off and chipping. They are thick and totally uneven.Then they want you to pay for their terrible job to be fixed and it has to be within 3 days. Never happens with any other nail salon. Dont go there ladies.

I've gone to this place more than once because I lived close by and it's always bad. I thought that if I tried a new person there it would be better but it is NOT! I spent extra money for my nails & toes & in 1 day my nail polish started coming off! What a waste of time and money. If I weren't traveling I would go back so they would fix them but this place is horrible!!! They don't listen to what u explain to them!

I love this place! Not only is the atmosphere beautiful and elegant, the staff is professional, talented, and extremely hospitable! Tina at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. It is very clean and they use high end products. They always do a wonderful job and they do it with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Prices about mid level but you get so much more for your money than the other places and the work is very good.
