Elite Nails & Spa LLC is hands down my favorite nail salon. It's really pleasant! The staff greeted me at the door, friendly staffs! Really normal 11/10 but Johnny was The worst nail technician I’ve ever had in my life took over an hour to just shape my nails he didn’t know what he was doing when I asked for my shape. He left half of them slightly rounded and some of them were squared all were different I had 10 shapes and sizes so annoying when you’re paying $45 for. By Nancy and Kim save my nails after Johnny assaulted me by grabbing my arm and saying no one else can do them when clearly two people were available I’ve never let him touch your hands your feet to have him put anything on because again the worst nail technician I have ever seen or ever had in my entire life Read Less

You get what you pay for here, not overpriced. This was my go to place because of location and the staff is very friendly. However 90% of the time I went there I felt that they rushed through my manicures too quickly. They definitely didn’t give my gels adequate time to sit under the lights, I noticed they they chipped a lot faster than normal when this happened. I also asked them several times when I went to get pedicures to cut my nails a certain way because they are ingrown, and they did the opposite which made it worse in turn. Read Less

I started going to Elite Nails almost 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. The staff is absolutely amazing and always friendly. The first couple of times I went I would go to whoever was open and then I had Amy. Amy did a beautiful job on my Santa nails and since then I usually do not go to anyone else except for the few times she is on vacation and they HAVE to be done. I have never been disappointed. The receptionist Liezl is hilarous and always makes sure you are taken care of. Hannah usually does my nails when Amy is not there and she is amazing as well. Also, they will literally do any design you ask for no matter how crazy it is. I love this place, they make me feel at home. P.S. I get my eyebrows done by only Amy and they always look perfect. I was only in Middletown for 3 months, and found Elite Nails & Spa LLC After I had had terrible nail salon experience at another salon. I went back for a second time! The shellac didn't chip at all! Best shellac I've had done. the guy was the manicurist. He assured me that it wouldn't chip and he was right. It stayed on so long that my nails grew and I had to get them re-done. Its unfortunate that I will have to search for another place like this at my next destination! Read Less
