I am not new to salons. Took me a visit to truly warm up to the casual ambiance of this salon (not my stylist -love her!), but you can call me a convert! From the young people in their first jobs to the wide range of stylists and their clientele this place is a hub of energy -positive energy. If I had a downside it would be the coffee. (Sad face. A nail salon whose focus is on doing great manicures and pedicures.  This is not about customers in and out as fast as possible.   Every person in this establishment is personal, polite, professional.  Appointments are highly recommended because they have a dedicated clientele.  My nail technician left severalMonths ago to pursue another career, I hadnt been back until this weekend.  Jamie stayed later than usual for my full set of gel tips and Michelle wasKind enough to squeeze my daughter in for a manicure.  They took their time even though We were the last appointment and most importantly the shape, thickness of my nails is perfect.  This salon is spotless clean.  You won't find tubs of gel product that have been refilled here.  If it says LCN your getting LCN not some non branded product dumped into an LCN container.  Love that this is a US woman owned family business.  She's got a great business model here, focus on quality, integrity and customer service.  I'm sorry it's taken me so long to come back.  Kudos to Renee the owner, her mom who manages the scheduling and all the techs that work here. I have the same issue as Angela Lee, my fiance bought me a VIP client invitation package as a gift and I am not able to book on weekends nor after 4:30 because they cannot find anyone to book me in with. Read Less
