Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews no matter how bad the service however after wasting so much money and having poor service everyime I had to review. I have gone here several times. First time the owner talked me into getting this expensive hard gel instead of acrylics because it would look more natural ( it didn't) and ended up costing me $65 which is not much so I kept up with the fill because I didn't feel like getting them soaked off. The last 2 times my nails ...looked horrible. First time they forgot to put the gel top coat on my gel polish and 2 nails turned black.(40 dollars this visit for the fill) I decided to return last week September 13 to get yet another $40 fill and today September 20th 1 week later all my nails completely broke off every single nail on my 10 fingers ( she did not use enough hard gel and the nails were thin as paper). On the 3rd time I took my daughter to get a gel fill. And because my daughter didn't come back after 2 weeks, the lady said she couldn't do the hell fill. That she would have to get new tips or take gel nails off. So now tips. The lady started taking nail off with a nail tip putting between the natural nail and gel nail to peel the nail off. She was hurting my daughter the lady even clipped the nail off to the bare skin. Not good what ever happened to soaking the nails or wrapping in foil???? I told the lady to stop that she was hurting my daughter I showed my daughter nail and complained, the manager said oh that's the way we do it here. There techniques are of money hungry. Read Less
