I love Shear Serenity Salon. The women who handle the Client Front Desk are ALWAYS very courteous, accommodating and friendly. All of the Stylists and Staff are professional and fun. I am happy every time I leave from my appointment. Thank you for the great Service! I drive 18 miles because this type of Service and satisfaction are hard to find these days.

Unfortunately, I've had two bad experience with customer service at this salon. The salon advertises that they take walk in, however on a Sunday a few months ago, I was turned away for a hair cut because all of the stylist were unable to take any "walk-ins" Also, when scheduling an appointment last week, I informed them that I was looking for cut and color. I was running late for my appointment and arrived a few minutes late to be turned away from my appointment. I was informed by the stylist that they had only scheduled 1/2 hour for a new appointment for cut & color. I do not recommend this salon, additionally advertise what you mean and schedule appointments appropriately.

I love Shear Serenity Salon. The women who handle the Client Front Desk are ALWAYS very courteous, accommodating and friendly. All of the Stylists and Staff are professional and fun. Unfortunately, I've had two bad experience with customer service at this salon. The salon advertises that they take walk in, however on a Sunday a few months ago, I was turned away for a hair cut because all of the stylist were unable to take any "walk-ins" Also, when scheduling an appointment last week, I informed them that I was looking for cut and color. I was running late for my appointment and arrived a few minutes late to be turned away from my appointment. I was informed by the stylist that they had only scheduled 1/2 hour for a new appointment for cut & color. I do not recommend this salon, additionally advertise what you mean and schedule appointments appropriately.
